How to Filet Salema porgy (Xilpa)

Cought bigest Porgy so far and wanted to show you guys how i make filets because lot of people told they dont like them because of bones. So here you go boneless salema porgy in few minutes ;) , enjoy.

Does this fish still make you hallucinate after eating it? Or have the genetics changes?🤷‍♂️

Hello, its not actualy the fish genetics that makes you halucinate its her diet. If they feed on algae that contains halucinogen then they can cause it. Here where i live Malta, they do not have such diet so they are perfectly safe to eat!

You should pay attention to one thing only , as this fish has poor quality of meat and spoils quickly you should remove intestines soon as you catch it and consume it same day ;)
