Hormonal imbalances happen to everyone at different ages, but it will happen, some earlier than others. I had mine for the first time in my life, last year accompanied with terrible acne and pimples. The best I have had pimples is during my period after that it's gone. Fast forward to 2023 at age 45 approaching 46, I had the worst pimples and acne blow out coupled with hormonal imbalances. Nothing I did worked, nothing I applied worked and as it was trying to heal, it left me with several scars. I exercised at most 6 days a week, a minimum of 1 hour per session.I eat and juice healthy and do a lot of herbs but all of that didn't stop the issue. Finally I had to start taking supplements, that was the first time in my life I took supplements. Fast forward to Feb 2024, my face is healing but I'm sticking to supplements especially those who support my immune system. So i will be doing my supplements, herbs, exercise, eat and juice healthy and maintain a healthy lifestyle permanently.
Toms up for u👍 u have said it all, with a good exercise routine eat healthy with fruit 🍓 one doesn't need all this supplement, take plenty of water. Pls keep it up
Very good because the truth is,taking a lot of supplements at once weighs the kidney down.I would rather take Omega 3 and a multivitamin only and then take a lot of fruits and vegetables.

@@joyidaraobong3061its true Fruits 🍉 🍌 contain lots of vitamins That is better than consuming synthetic chemical based vitamins in supplements 💊 But vitamin c is great anyway And sometimes we over cook meals and dont get the right nutrients and minerals We just get calories hence energy So in conclusion Dietary supplements should be taken but with caution...
