Some no spoiler info: Crisis core will spoil some story beats of Remake Part 3 if you choose to play Crisis Core, so be aware of that. I would personally just play the Intergrade DLC, then Rebirth, then the original game if you desire, and Crisis Core after playing the original is best imo. It's up to you though no big deal lol enjoy the games and thanks for the videos

This is one of my favorite episodes, but my favorite part is this: 35:06 It's always cool seeing Tifa's combat enjoyers 😀. 40:36 By the way, Tifa has something of a dodge incorporated in one of her moves, Focused Strike. When you use that command, she jumps back before attacking, that actually can dodge attacks. You may have already beating the game by the time you read this tip. But fear not, Tifa has that same move in Rebirth and you can still use it to dodge enemy attacks.

This game really will give you back what you give to it. In both gameplay and story. And its so obvious how much you are giving to this game in mastering the combat and predicting the story 😊 Btw i dont know if anyone mentioned yet but the Parry materia is absolutely nuts on Tifa. It extends and quickens her dodge to the point where almost no enemy can touch you. Give it a shot in the combat sim, im sure you wont regret it
I loved how suspicious of the mayor you were after hearing the robots in the library 😂 it's really great watching your playthroughs as you really explore and interact with everything in the world to try and engage with and understand the story! As you have said in the pinned comment that you have actually completed the game, I hope its not a spoiler to let you know that the "Mayor. Bomb. Explosive." stuff was just an easter egg from the original haha 🙂
there is going to end up being like 300 more hours of final fantasy content for you to play, it will all be worth any waiting! I was waiting since 2006 when I heard rumors of a remake on the ps3. Its the reason I bought a ps3. 😸
Are you not upgrading your weapons, might’ve missed it but it feels like you’re not, if you want more material slots that’s how you get them, not sure if you’re done playing, but for rebirth, definitely make sure you are.
She seems to be doing better than I did the first time I played FF7R. I agree though, Rebirth gets really tough and grindy if you're not taking advantage of weapon upgrades. Some people prefer to play it that way for the challenge.
Great gameplay 🎉🎉, If I'm not mistaken, by completing Shinra's challenges, you get the Leviathan summon, which is a big, cool sea serpent, and bahamut the big amazing dragon, which is in many Final Fantasy games, Ifrit, Shiva, Leviathan and bahamut are classics, there are more classics, but you will discover them in other Final Fantasy games like FF16, FF15, FF10, FF8, FF13, including if you ever play 15, I really hope so, there is a movie about it for you to watch before the game, the movie gives you all the context about the world of 15 and exactly where the story is at the beginning of the game, the movie is incredible.
1:13:45 the only difference between her and Tifa is that Tifa has a history with him, Tifa has always had friends, but Aerith has not I never liked Tifa growing up, but since I didn't play the game until remake, I don't have the right to say that and be taken seriously -obviously that's fine with me, I don't care I'm only here because of Aerith's boyfriend-at least that was the case before this game gave the others, a voice, and the graphics improved significantly So have my opinions on the characters… Except for Tifa I still don't love her for some reason 😂 she has really low self-esteem, I guess I was expecting her to be more of a super confident, bad ass..
FYI, if you ever try this game on hard mode (unlocked after you finish the game), you cannot use items at all, either in or out of combat. Also, rest benches do nothing.
Really enjoying the playthrough, but it drives me crazy when you spend so much time running away in combat, especially with Tifa. You build ATB quicker when you're hitting things, so unless you're literally one hit from death, hitting things is almost always better than running away.
@@cloudsi I know the feeling ;) I played the original game several times before playing this game, so it's very interesting for me to see newcomers react to it. I think it shows the quality of the writing that you feel mostly the same things, and fell in love with all the characters, just like we did...
Just a little fun fact for you... There aren't whispers in the original game... Like, at all)) Everything else is almost 1 to 1. I don't think it is in any way shape or form a spoiler for this game's story.... because you've already found out their function.
@cloudsi the linked materia slots and the +1 slot are taking turns. If every slot a +1 slot upgrade. Use one one of them and all others for this weapon are changing to the linked ones. Sorry if it was a bit too harsh 😅 I like your playthrough, BTW ❤
