    I used to have an Amati acl 315, and I had to replace the register tube because the original was missing a chunk out of the top on the bore side of the tube. It was the Selmer CT style with the hexagonal nut screw type. The tube I got as a replacement must have been of a later style because the diameter of the tube was slightly smaller than the original, but I couldn’t notice any difference when playing.

      Is the 315 a Full Boehm model? I recall Amati making FB keywork long after everyone else has stopped. WWBW (WoodWind BrassWind - large reseller in the US) used to carry them ages ago but I'm not sure if they do anymore.

      @@gottalovetheknowledge4749 The 315 is a full Boehm, yes. Mine was an older one (made in Czechoslovakia old) that was probably from the 1980s.
