I read 10Babygear review of this baby monitor but wondering whether there are two variations. Is there Eufy Spaceview and Eufy Spaceview Pioneer baby monitor or they are the same? Thanks
It is able to update the firmware, but I only recommend that if you are experiencing any problem. It doesn't work with WiFi, so you don't have to concern about security vulnerabilities.
Only radio is available. Wi-fi capability is more for a security cam. Attaching a crib depends... You can try to use the wallmount assessory for it. The battery I've not tested it yet.
An interesting baby monitor, I'm just looking for a second one for myself, since I use a smart sensor from Monbaby, I would also like to monitor the child with the help of a surveillance camera.
The baby monitor appeared long before the appearance of our babies. Honestly, to say about her role, I had heard a lot but did not think that she was so necessary with young children. It works from the battery, which is long enough. When it is discharged, it gives a signal. There was not a day that we were not happy that we now have a MonBaby Baby Monitor.
This is no shade to the RUclipsr who created this video. Perhaps when the Eufy monitor was first made and released to the creators they worked perfectly fine but they don’t now. Like you, I came here to watch a video and determine if the Eufy monitor was the right fit for me. It wasn’t and if you continue reading you’ll find out why. I wanted to love this monitor. I thought I’d found THE ONE. If you are in the market for a monitor sadly this isn’t the one for you. Trust me. I am so completely disappointed in this product and company for continuing to sell an item this faulty. I wanted to love this monitor so much that I really tested my patience here and went through 4 different Eufy monitors. No joke. Four. In a matter of 2 months. My favorite feature about this monitor was the VOX feature. I have found that not a lot of monitors in the market have this feature. As a light sleeper the monitor goes idle, no background noise, and with VOX an alarm goes off as soon as my baby started making noises. As a parent of a newborn I got great sleep because of this feature. The first one worked wonderfully in the beginning but then the alarm started going off ALL the time even when baby was sleeping. It seemed to go off at any noise like his sound machine, bass from our tv in another room, lawn mower.. everything. That’s when I exchanged for a new one. The next 3 wouldn’t hold a charge at all. I’d plug them in and the battery would never get full again. Even while plugged the monitor would no longer stay on. At the third monitor I called Eufy and told them the situation. They quickly replaced it and that’s how I got to try a fourth monitor. Their customer service was great, responsive, & understanding but even the replacement didn’t work. Eufy, I’m not sure why you continue to offer this product. You should really consider pulling it from all retail stores because it’s clear something went wrong at manufacturing this product. No parent of a newborn should have to deal with a defective product like this. Not only are we sleep deprived but we don’t have time to go back and forth with a product that is known to not work properly. Please consider discontinuing the sales of this item & working on a new manufacturing of the battery on your monitors because the ones on shelves are duds. All of them. Steer clear of this item. Don’t consider it unless you want a headache and to spend what little free time you do have returning or exchanging this monitor.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the company Eufy and Anker. My 11 month old camera is broken and the customer service is rude or non-existent. If you try to call the hotline, you will be informed that the hotline is currently overloaded and that you should write an email. If you do this, you will get AI-generated answers that only serve to scare the customer away and drop the complaint because the effort required to prove the damage is outrageous. If you put in the effort and find out every little thing, no matter how insignificant (pictures of the original packaging, etc.), you simply won't respond at all. Really annoying and absolutely disgraceful. Anker is part of the company or vice versa and I strongly fear that the support here is just as bad. If you call the eufy hitline, you end up with anchor.
This is the worst product I bought in ages. Didn’t even work for a trial - monitor didn’t detect the camera, while the camera didn’t get fully charged after 8h plugged in. Also, monitor battery down 1/4 after 15min. Straight to return.

How does this work when adding a 2nd camera? We have 2 children to monitor.
I have 3 cameras connected with it. You can exchange between them when pressing on the middle right button.
Up to four cameras per monitor.

Yes, you'll have to buy an extra camera. (up to 4 cams)
