For me the Golem is superb but I always trained for missiles and coming from the Raven it was a logical step up. Still have to test torpedoes one day though.
Great vid once again. Love the looks of the Paladin, it seems to me that the Paladin has the looks of a bullet train, very slick. Loving my rails Kronos, +- 1800 dps with antimatter 58km optimal and 139 falloff, and the Vargur is my beauty, it has insane dps with hail, but of course lacks range.
You should test artillery Vargur. It has allmost same range as your Kronos opt 44km falloff 156 with RF Phased plasma. My Vargurs alfa is over 17k. even if the dps is only 1600 it oneshots everything below battleships

The Artillery set up is definately something that i want to try out but didn´t know if it was any good since the reload times are so long, but you have convinced me to try it out. Thanks once again.
I've decided to train Golem as first marauder, currently finishing training for Paladin and Kronos will be next. I've done few l4 missions in a Golem and so far I can't remember if I used shield booster one time. I like it with cruise missiles since you can just mjd away and snipe the rats from afar. Didn't try torps but just the base numbers looked worse to me. Torps max velocity is lower, lower flight time, bigger explosion radius and explosion velocity is just slightly better than fury but worse than precision cruise missiles. And with target painter didn't had the problem with frigates so far. Also I don't know all the missions yet so I just feel more comfortable staying as far away as possible from the rats for now.
which marauder is better? depends. like... no reason to run SOE missions with angels on paladin instead of golem

Not very viable - usually not cap stable, although rep is only mediocre. Dps is okay but range is an issue. You can definitely do lvl 4 with it but the efficiency will be FAR worse than a marauder (and the price will be kinda close lol). I'd rather go heavy missile praxis. Cheaper and easier to build :) and you can even choose whether u want armor or shield tank :)
I am loving my rail fit Kronos, good range and dps, but I can fly the Paladin so will give it a try :-)
Legit question: how do you group two guns & two guns like that? That would be very useful for hitting multiple targets simultaneously.

Very reliable ship for level 4 missions
I tried to squeeze out the best fit on all of them and found that a blaster kronos with tweeked range cuts through L4s the fastest... I beef up my fit to be all ready for a pack of gankers dropping on me...
Being spoiled with T5 Abyss loot....I am not keen on returning to sec missions. Screw the LP and burners. But I guess i can retire thr rattlesnake and get a shiny marauder.
Who puts blasters on a battleship? Why wouldn't you just use Railguns? I do over 2k DPS with my Kronos.

I'm new here o can you explain pls how have you got such turret range? In video it's about 185 km faloff and 85 km optimal.
I've done your build in pyfa with perfect skills and got only 97.7 km faloff with 77.9 km optimal.
According to pyfa with implants Zainou 'Dedeye' Trajectory Analysis TA-706 and Zainou 'Dedeye' Sharshooter ST-906 I will have 82.6 optimal and 103.6 faloff.
Ofc I used Mega Pulse laser II with Scorch and Bastion I. But I have no idea how can you have such range))

Marauder or Rattlesnake?
golem with its damage output is like two rattlers/RNI. Personally I go with caldary navy torps because they do same damage as fury torps with TP. Overall, there are many smaller ships so i prefer 2.2k dps instead of fake 3k because of crappy application. I used to try rattle, there are too many drone issues, rattles rule in WH though :)
I think the golem as a money making machine always takes it. Torps have so much alpha that nothing can stand in its way. Has been a long time since I log in, but I think it was 60km for rage and 90k for javelin ofc you will need TPS
I have all four race Marauders and think the best mission runner is the Paladin. You can't beat a Vargur for hunting Raznaborgs
do you think the paladin function best as a shield or armor regen tank.my thought was shield since you can amplify and boost an already self regen shield thoughts?
Kronos railgun fit is like 4-7 minutes a mission
Off topic but I say RattleSnake hands down. I use a jump drive 250+++km sniper fit with 1000+ velocity. It's full resistance and no issue since its drones do massive damage to frigs and tiny ships. Just saying. A complete monster BS.

The paladin has a huge drawback because lasers dont have damage selection. If you are fighting sansha or bloodraider its great but for all others i think the vargur is superior.

Just approach or use tracking extenders!!
Honestly I don't think anything can beat a Golem's 3kdps at 60km with fury torpedoes and 2 target painters. Anything over 60km I just mwd, and any gates I mwd to them. But i love how the Paladin can just erase all the small stuff instantly from far away too.
Toro golem work well? Currently using cruise missiles and torps sound good
@@veddyveng Yep, a huge upgrade in terms of mission completion times. You just have to make sure to have an MJD and a mwd, and either two missile guidance computers or two target painters. I use GCs cuz I like to split damage, but target painters will be more effective on small stuff.

@@veddyveng Sure thing! The hardshell is overkill but I feel safe with it in all of my ships in case I ever get into trouble, so I never really use the hardshell.

what if you need to do kinetic or explosive damage? golem is best mission runner hands down.
Actually in my golem I one shot everything up to BC's
A cap stable golem is just easier
Kronos can hit over 100km with blasters
Golem wins range hands down with cruise

Or you could just use a cheap praxis
Auto-target cruise missle golem. Go grab coffe, do some work, occasionally hit F1.
