Here are my tips for using Oil Pastel.
When drawing portraits with oil pastels, it was difficult to express delicate and thin hair!
I'll show you an easy way!
material:
Canson drawing paper, Mungyo oil pastel 48 colors, awl, turpentine
Hope it helped.

Incredible!! Had this not been a tutorial I wouldn't know it's done with oil pastels. I'm a beginner. I don't know when I'll be able to cultivate so much patience. I wonder how much time it actually took to make the actual portrait.

정말 멋집니다. 저는 오일파스텔 구입하고 2주가 지났는데도 조심스럽게, 손을 안대고 있어요. 문교 48색으로 이렇게 멋진 작품이 나오네요. 저는 인물화를 좋아해서...꽃이나 풍경 보다 인물을 먼저 그려보고 싶었죠. 첫눈에 너무 고수준의 영상을 봐버렸네요.

It's an excellent video presentation for using oil pastels. Please, can you give some additional tips on how to make oil pastels resistant to dust and other environmental factors, or whether it is mandatory to present them behind glass?

This is amazing so happy to have found your video... thankyou for accurately showing how oil pastels are to be used ..the majority of videos I have seen on yt is where they literally rub the pastels so hard that the entire grain of the paper is not visible... the whole purpose of this medium is defeated... enjoyed watching your process. Just have one question..if u were to sell these how would u protect it eg like we use varnish for oil colours... is there anything that can protect the surface of this?? Or do we just glass frame it...? Would appreciate your response. Amazing work..once again!!!💗💗👍👏
