- I assume you already know who Kellogg is or have a rough idea so ill not bore you with intense lore,
Kellogg is a mercenary hired by the Institute to carry out their dirty work in the commonwealth. Wielding his own 44. magnum called Kellogg’s pistol but for simplicity sake ill just use any 44.pistol; armour wise ill be using any armour that he can be seen wearing. Kellogg works alone so ill be using no companions and because he’s an expert gunslinger ill be using a Vats Pistol build.

Shaun must of been confused that kellog (his father) kidnapped him and killed his mother (kellog's wife) whilst kellog (his father) was frozen and watching.
Even better kellog must of had an annuerism seeing kellog in the cryopod
Kellogg uses an Assault Rifle while assaulting the base of the people who kidnapped his family.
Yea I was thinking about it but I would of just rather used the 44. As he's seen with it the most

Use the Colonel Coat from Enclave Remnants
Use 10mm pistol
Side with the Minutemen (or Enclave if using AR2)
Destroy the BOS
Build water purifiers
You can get lots of 44 ammo, at level 1, from Eleanor. A vendor found between 'Boston Police Rationing Site' and 'Fairline Hill Estate'. Near a rusty old caravan. It is south of Diamond City main entrance. She is a former raider and has a dog, called Teddy, nearby you can rescue, if you have some lock-picking skill. Watch out for the 2 hunters who will spawn when you open the cage. Teddy will lead you to Eleanor if he lives.

Rules: you can only wear Leather armor or Kellogg outfit
You have to make your character look a close to Jericho as possible
You can only use the Handmade Rifle as your primary weapon(Closet thing you can get to the Chinese Assault rifle)
Always ask for a larger reward if possible and if they wont pay you you wont accept the quest
Side with whatever Faction you want I guess.
Always go for the most evil Option whenever possible.

The Cannon , Revolutionary Sword and the Minutemen General Outfit/ The hat from Ironsides
Pirate Hat, Red Frock Coat, Broadsider, Shem Drowne's Sword, Butcher's Hook (claw hand), and drink tons of alcohol (especially rum). And "raid" all ships in the game (MS Azalea, USS Constituion, FMS Northern Star, USS Riptide, ETC) Sounds like a good time.

You can only use the Wrench (some pond with a pipe tunnel has a 4 raider room where there's one at the end, i don't remember them being very strong so running is an ok option) and Combat shotgun (or plasma with splitter barrel) and are limited to the Utility overalls, Hard Hat and welding goggles (first obtained from Sturges by giving him literally any other clothes from trading second is found on the ice cooler at red rocket truck stop and the goggles in the first house you can enter after passing the bloodbugs on your way to concord... I hope i remember correctly Atleast)
You can't aim down sight and can't use grenades unless mission specific, companions I'll allow robots like codsworth or homemade ones (preferably the latter but meh could be more painful than it's worth it honestly)
Special should be:
High strength, he's carrying a shit ton of equipment and metal
Low perception (to save points also goggles duh)
Low endurance because his HP is abysmal
Charisma can be low to save points again
Intelligence should be very high because man has multiple PHDs
Agility low-ish
Luck anything left in points i guess
Faction I'd say Railroad (only because of the "Fixer" nickname in my opinion) or Minutemen however brotherhood should also work, BUT NOT THE INTITUTE because of the Man vs. Maschine gamemode and him not feeling too hot about a billion robots copying him. As for morals, can be an asshole and if you choose Brotherhood I'll allow the vertibird section because i dunno seems fair.
Difficulty should honestly be hard or very hard not survival because this is already pain enough. If you're actually reading this then my man thanks for your patience and if you do do it i promise to sub and recommend you to friends :)

Yo bro if you're planning on doing a Lazer musket only play through I suggest keeping your intelligence on 1 since you don't need gun nut and science perk, as you can grab a fully upgraded Lazer musket in the castles basement, after that I suggest farming for a legandary musket and putting the mods from the fully upgraded one on that. Hope this helps (also if you want to make your character look like Preston, don't forget his scars)

I roleplayed my Kellogg build that he was the real Kellogg who’s family was killed by the institute when he refused to work for them. They then froze him in an abandoned vault Tec vault, and replaced him with an exact model courser with his skills and memories up to close to when he meets the institute. His mission is to hunt down and kill the institute and his synth replacement.

I like the character challenges more than the weapon challenges. That being said beating the game with a character built around a .44 pistol is something I've done a lot. The only thing easier is using a Gauss rifle. Still it's entertaining. Besides Eleanor and Cricket selling .44 you can craft it!
You could have worn road leather because he wore that in cutscenes
I admit I’m curious what triple X power armor entails. I can think of several things but none that work with fallout tech.

Can you beat Fallout 4 as a BoS Knight? The rules are pretty simple: wear Power Armor at basically every oppurtunity (save for crafting or when you’re literally out of fusion cores) and use only energy weapons.

Can you beat fallout 4 as a gunner conscript as for the rules you must only we're gunner uniforms and leather armour is allowed but only for the chest and you must only use weapons that the gunner conscript use for information look up gunner conscript and you will see want you can use
