Zephyrhills is a city in Pasco County, Florida, United States. The population was counted at 17,194 in the 2020 census. It is a suburb of the Tampa Bay Metropolitan Statistical Area. Zephyrhills is also known as the headquarters of the Zephyrhills bottled water company and is a member of Tree City USA.

Zephyrhills is beautiful. I live there. Unfortunately cookie cutter housing developments and tacky strip malls are taking over. No more small town feel, flea markets, parades etc... I will be moving as soon as my house sells. If I wanted to live with noise and traffic, I would have stayed in a big city. Shame.

Most of Zephyrhills is not like this. They're only showing the old downtown area. Very small compared to the rest which is growing into a metropolis. New construction all over the place.

This is such B.S. The area around the High School is bad. Lots of unemployed wandering around,unkempt rental houses,trash on the street. Just general lousy neighborhood. It was nice in years past,now it's awful.
