Loved the wash n go but I also like seeing how people maintain theirs throughout the week or however long they keep it. I find refreshing a wash n go is the hardest part for me so I don’t end up doing them as my hair just becomes a tangled mess the next day.
@@simplygreat._ yeah, the only problem with that is that my curl pattern won’t spring back once it’s stretched. There’s no winning with wash n gos for me
@@PetiteD yah that is the downside, with stretching some of the curl pattern is lost. But, usually I only use rubber bands at the root and then leave the ends and my curls on the ends stay, idk if you’d like it or not. But, if not what you might have to do is add water + leave in together (in a spray bottle) and try putting it on your hair like each day after your wash n gos to refresh the curls. You can rake your hands through your hair with water to reactivate the gel and make your curls pop more.
I'm am too lazy to do a wash and go...apart from when I go to the beach on holiday...lol. I wash it. slap conditioner in it for 5 minutes and then rub leave in it and go to dinner to damp hair and let it air dry. lol! You made it look easier than what I've seen some other people do and with the shrinkage...a lot of people run away from shrinkage but I love the shrinkage in the heat. My hair is in kinky twist extensions now but I guess there's always next summer!!

You can stretch out your hair at night using silk rubber bands and it’ll help it last longer and not tangle.

@simplygreat._ yes. This is what I do. The water reactivates the gel nicely.
