I cannot express enough how horrendous my experience with Apicella Designs and their owner, Brad, has been. I commissioned a custom build from them, and it turned into an absolute nightmare that lasted for years and ended up costing me a fortune with dismal results. From the outset, Brad promised expertise and professionalism, but it became evident early on that he was utterly disorganized and lacked the skills necessary for the project. Communication was a constant struggle, with delays and unreturned calls becoming the norm. He showed a complete disregard for timelines, leaving my project lingering in a state of perpetual limbo with blame on others. Not only did the build drag on for an exorbitant amount of time, but the costs also skyrocketed beyond what was initially agreed upon. Brad consistently pushed for unnecessary and expensive upgrades, touting them as essential to achieve the desired outcome. Unfortunately, these "upgrades" only added to the mounting issues and offered no tangible improvements. The final result was nothing short of a disaster. The craftsmanship was shoddy at best, with sloppy finishes and crooked alignments. It was evident that no attention to detail had been given to my project, and the lack of care was insulting considering the enormous investment I made. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Brad was defensive and dismissive. He refused to take responsibility for the mess he had created and instead placed the blame on external factors, which seemed more like excuses to avoid accountability. In summary, my experience with Apicella Designs and Brad has been an absolute nightmare. I wasted years of my life and significant amounts of money on a project that turned out to be an utter disaster. I strongly advise anyone considering working with this company to look elsewhere for a reliable and competent service. Save yourself from the headache and heartache that I endured with Apicella Designs.
