How to enter them with a view to make entry yet save tax legally by stating these exempted. Assets are already shown in assets column of tax return giving detailed reasons; on installment, under construction and non possession etc. Can these reasons be endorsed in miscellaneous exemptions column of 7 E form. I know a rax consultant who is CA, and says yes both reasons are valid; under construction/on installments but not transferred and no possession, pl.
