Miss how hyped it was and how excited everyone was to jump on after school and play fortnite it was such a cool feeling playing the game back then it felt nostalgic even tho it was new to us. The vibe it gave off was like no other game. OG fortnite is 100% one of the greatest games of all time

Season 4 chapter 1 is still my all time fave season of the game. It was when I really started to play the game hard core and I just loved the Superhero theme around it, the Marvel season is a very close 2nd one though. Just season 4 of chapter 1 holds so many memories for me. Its just amazing to see how far this game has come. I love the story telling and everything about it and I have no plans to stop playing anytime soon, this is easily a game that I will play until it gets shut down for good
Chapter 1 season 5 is my all time favorite. It was when I really started to play the game seriously. It's also when I got my PS4 (I have a PS5 now, but at the time, I had a PS4). The first and only time I played season 4 was on my older brother's Xbox 1 ( he has a Series S now). It was also the first time I played Fortnite. I was 14 at the time. Now I'm 19 and turn 20 in December
i played it for a day or two and i was like 3 levels away from orange justice, then i stopped playing and continued after at season 6 :( if only i knew it would be such a good emote later on
Chapter 1 season 3 is the best with dusty depot anarchy archers and moisty mire and 50v50. Ill never forget those days.
@tomsargeant341 I played it a bit then but the only thing enjoyable about it to me was the 50v50 mode. The game didn't actually get good for me until season 4

The reboot boot vans were actually in replay mode before Apex came out, so Fortnite actually had them being developed as Apex had them being developed for their games

I just downloaded the game after not having played it since 2018 and it's a completely different game. I started playing when it came out and stopped mid way through season 5 so I didn't get all the stages of the Viking but I do have all of Drift. I also apparently own very rare skins like the Black night and the Reaper. its a nostalgia trip to see reminiscences of what the map used to be.
i dont care, i miss the end of season 2, because everybody was so hyped for season 3
I only started playing Fortnite this year and I didn‘t even know the game actually had Lore. Like, obviously some of it is just „cool“ action-movie nonsense to make the game more fun, but there‘s actually coherent, ongoing stuff happening and I‘m fully surprised at that, since a storyline is not usual for round based multiplayer online games. This is great!

Oh man let me tell you, chapter 1 seasons 1-4 in 2017 and 2018 were the best. The game got boring after chapter 1 season 9, at least for me though.
@@autonomousfortune753 So, now I watched a bunch of Lore videos and uncut recordings of the live events. If you love old Fortnite the most, all power to you! But possibly it’s also a lot of nostalgia. While I think old Fortnite is amazing, they are still going strong. Like, from a new player’s perspective: The quality of the storytelling and world building are objectively really high up. Gameplay wise, yes a lot changed, but back then it was a new game and concept and Fortnite had to find its identity as a product.
I think it’s a great universe they created and there’s so much potential for more. I’m excited for my first time seeing a live event first hand on Dec. 3!

I started playing Fortnite relatively not too long ago, I did know about it's popularity but damn, I didn't know how much it changed over the years.
Always love watching the story line I didn’t realize I started in season 4 chapter 1

The first start of chapter 2 was bangers after bangers, Way better than chapter 3. You had chapter 2 season 2, 4, and 5.. Chapter 2 was such a good chapter man.. I miss being able to get the mythic scar, drum gun, and the mini gun honestly one of the best seasons ever! 🎉

just now realized when i started back on 12/12/19 (47th bday) that in 68 days i went from lv1 to lv343... still my favorite season besides c2s2
i remember playing first in season 4 and i stopped at about 9 but i remember in season 5 i tried to get a skin which was 1 level away and season 6 would come out the next day unfortunetly i couldnt get it in time i played on xbox one but niw im playing again on pc/controller

I started in chapter 1 season 2 and after season x i lost all hope for this game. Then when Chapter 4 season 1 dropped I played it and Im having a blast, glad to see this game back.

I remember, in chapter 1 season 7, I woke up at like 4am to do the ice king event. And when I got in the game, the event was about to happen, in like 5 mins, there was loads of people at the top of polar peak, and I got pickaxed to death. So I left the game, and tried getting into another one, and my game was bugging and wasn’t letting me go into a match, because of issues and stuff. I was so annoyed 😅

I was in a game when Kevin first appeared! i saw the lightning from pretty far away, and was pretty confused when it zapped longer then expected amd shook my screen, but it appeared in the storm, so i couldn't see the cube until the next game 😂

2019 I came back from a restaurant in the evening with my family, me and my brother wanted to play fortnite so we booted it up and they added creative, me and my brother were so hyped and we stayed up all night. The best night in my life.

I joined fortnite with the evie battle pass (because of her, actually) and after years of being on the "fortnite is such a meme game and pretty nerdy" bandwagon, this game time and time again has slapped me in the face for judging it so early. it is one of the best live service games going on right now, recieves constant updates and balancing, stays consistently fun, and you can just tell that the devs fucking adore their game. I really love fortnite. I'm glad I started playing.

I remember watching the season 9 trailer with my brother when it came out. We were so hyped but were on vacation so at the end of the day we would play the game non-stop. I would quit the game after chapter 2 season 3 because my account got hacked. Season 0-X have to have been the prime of fortnite.

I've just got into Fortnight due to no build. I'm really enjoying it and find myself playing it daily.
It wasn't supposed to be a horror game, it was supposed to be a survival game like MC
I know this is of topic but I really hope we do get motorcycles one day. It would be such an awesome way to travel around the map and can also be a very risky preference since you're fully exposed to bullets. It would definitely make things much more interesting
