Worked surprisingly well actually. The payload was almost exactly what was recommended for both scooters and the extra (100 total) went into the footboard. So despite how “intelligent” it looks, it worked rather well.
The last bit was absolutely hilarious. The chemistry between Varun and Shumi looks effortless and they exude "fun" energy. I'd wager the park assist would be a tad more helpful on a hill or slope.
Using Ntorq race edition bs6 from March 2020 , overall it's a great scooter . It's handling, build quality , looks , headlight, storage space, performance, suspension tuning , comfort etc are very good ; only front brake is not that good . Don't know about the milage exactly as I have done only 3k kms in a year as it's being used only for shopping and goods carrying purposes . I think Ntorq is the best petrol scooter in India 🙌🏻

If build quality of scooters are considered then both brands have done supreme job but nothing beats drivability & practicality of Ntorq & the platform on which it is based on which is Wego.
Build quality is definitely better on the Ather everything looks and feels premium on it. It is expensive too. Yes practicality and value for money is best on the NTorq

one more thing is, we still have a big ? on what will be the resale value of EVs (keeping away plans that manufacturers give) in open market. for a person who uses vehicle everyday for not more than 50kms, will not have range anxiety. But the cost of 1.5lacs for Ather can be recovered early if person really use it everyday for 40kms to 60kms. we also need details like what are the service costs of ather.
I own an TVS Ntorq and Ather 450 and i can say Ather is definitely the best and amazing investment ever it's already 10k in past 6 months now that petrol prices have hit a century EV's are the best option more fun,no maintenance,cheaper but expensive which is due to the lithium battery but you'll get back your money back in long term which you would usually spend on fuel and maintenance! Basically Petrol scooter < Ather 450x
we are not there for the electric ones , once we have enough recharging stations and all use the same plugs , electric vehicles are amazing but i still believe Hybrids are the best till then
Ntorq although i would like to have electric vehicle in daily use and to go out on long rides but you know when it comes to electrical vehicle alll goes down on range until and unless range increase there is no such a point to buy electrical scooter because as you see Mumbai is almost 50 km so if you want to commute under 50km then probably electric scooter is for you well choose after keeping all aspects in mind 🙌🏼

TVS Ntorq is surely a wonderful product, right amount of practicality, right amount of performance and right amount of design tadka(though that DRL makes it look awkward)...Ather 450X, though could never see them on road, looks like a potent option for the early adopters, though how practical cud it be in the cities with least EV infra is a major concern
i do see quite a bit of ev scooters( mainly ather) these days. I guess most of them use it for short city runs where range or traffic isn't a big deal but still we have a long way to go to completely adapt to ev vehicles.

TVS seriously ruined the BS6 variant of Ntorq. That biiig oomph at the start is no more there. I wouldn't say that it's no longer fun to ride but, that still makes a lot of difference. Also, amazing video!
A scooter's purpose is to go in and around the city in about a radius of max. 40 km everyday And coming to the fueling ather cost munch lesser so ather is a family scooter whereas ntorq is an all rounder
