Me and a mate did the Devastator challenge a few years ago at the beginning of a stag do. Unfortunately we had to pay for it as it took us over 15 mins but we got a free Red Dog t-shirt! And I was so full I couldn't drink any beer afterwards! Luckily I had room for shots...

I eat super ‘clean’ stay plenty hydrated and intermittent fast the rest of the time. Workouts help too (weights and cardio) xx
