I always thought shamanism was about the pineal gland and chakras, I'm really relieved that it deals with the heart, and the eyes of the heart, it makes so much more sense and what I've been looking for
It has been proven that the heart is were the action is, but always remember that it's all connected, your heart is not a separate entity from the rest of you.

Depends on your journey, or the what type of guidence you have. There are shamans that have different levels of guidence to guide them into the spirit world. There are shamans that have guidence that can take your soul way into heavens to show you the heavens. There are just shamans that only go to certain levels of the spirit world.

I like the metaphor about dancing with spirits as a way to learn from them. To have an intimate dance with them just like you do when you dance with your partner, without watching how the other dancers are doing in the ballroom (minute +/- 4:30). She uses this image because she is in a workshop and people tend to compare with each other.
I really enjoy Sandra Ingermans books. Real, practical, down to Earth methods for connecting with Spirit on many levels, for diverse purposes, obtainable by anyone truly committed, with good intentions.

Sandra brings up some excellent issues that I think, at one time or another, anybody who does journey has or will encounter. I get caught up sometimes with the thought I am making up a conversation or interaction with a guide. Very nice to get confirmation this is not the case. TY uploader!!!

Becoming a hermit is part of the journey. It's a transition stage where you go from the person you were to become the person you are meant to be. Once you've gone through it and come out the other side a new you, you'll relate to others in a different way than you did before. I hope this makes sense and I really hope you don't give up practicing. Lots of things try and steer us off the path which is why the hermit stage is a great part of the transition as it helps us regain strength and discover new wisdom

I needed to see this video today and I thank the Spirits for providing it. Sandra answered some questions that I had and it has given me new encouragement to continue. I am struggling but I also know that I need to be patient. What is frustrating is that I used to be able to do this, even though I didn't realize what I was doing, but now I've forgotten how. You should check with your guides/power animals/whatever you call them to make sure it is OK for you to share this information. For some, secrecy is required to show respect to these spirits (whether part of your self or not). For others, sharing is no problem. It just depends on the culture and your personal relationship with the entity.
I have never thought to request permission to share a message spirit has given me, I am convinced my guides know me well enough that i can not contain my excitement when we have a meet or conversation. I think that is their purpose to expand all consciousness. As well what I experienced or message was given may prove to be substantiation or message/meaning for another & there for not just for me
In regards to the question of, "am I making this up?" I'd like to say that yes we are making it up and that's how it should be. All religious or spiritual phenomena begins in the mind. Any religious experience that occurs within an individual MUST begin in the mind as the mind is the experiencer of the event or thought. Your interpretations are an amalgamation of your genetic code interplaying with your individual foundation of culture and your life's evolution. Yes, you are making it up and yes it's real. It's real because it's happening in you. And the mind is the most real thing there is.

I am 41 will be 42 this year and I have always had a vivid imagination but the older I’ve got and the more technology in today’s world has clouded it to an extent. This is my first time on your channel and dumb the night before my brother died the lady of the stars came and stood at the end of my bed it was in a dream and down she was very stern and very sad and she had the face of my mother but she was a woman of the universe she was made of stars and they were curtains behind her and she had on the black dress it was all stars and the curtains were black with all stars but at first I just thought it was a polkadotted dress and a polkadotted curtain and she just looked at me so stern and kept looking and kept looking she wouldn’t get happy at all and I was like somethings gone wrong and then I broke up into reality andAnd I saw on the Clock 13 or 3:13 in the morning and I will hold us a very bad news and then at 2 o’clock in the afternoon my sister phoned and said our brother had died. So yes mother Mary called her Isis counter so many things but she is our mother she collects us

Yesterday I listened to this video for the first time and during these 30 minutes I've seen a lot of things: I've seen myself as a commander of a sort of army (or just simple soldiers) whom had on their heads round red hats with fringes all around their hats, a beautiful woman like from a book cover in black and white (from 50's, 60's or 70'), and the cherry on top was a sort of yellow leaf with some simbols on it that I've never seen before and now I don't remember the simbols anymore and I would love to. I've also seen masses of people going somewhere (like to war but they were unarmed), a lady in her 50's with grey hair. I am not sure what to make of all this, so please, can someone help me descifer this? Sorry, it wasn't this video, it was the 30 minutes one...I'll add the link here

The spiritual eye will open eventually, give in entirely and believe entirely to the point of total harmony. As each of the physical senses and feelings are attached to it. YET, the is physical vision as well.. to the point of me seeing it and being able to photograph it. But this one requires great spiritual insight or knowledge as if we were able to see without these, we could probably be in great terror or distress at not understanding what it's been seen.
Animism is the oldest spiritual practice. Shamanism came later as branch from Animism. Not everyone were Shamans, as each community had a Shaman to heal and helps the people. The people were animists, but not all animists are Shamans as the shamanic path is a calling to be a vehicle for the spirits to help the people.
I have a question, new to this. In journeying to the lower world you travel down right, I got that. But from what I have read there is a transition that occurs leading into the lower world. Is that transition a result of trance? Should I keep traveling down until it happens because I’ve been trying for a bit with no luck. Has me thinking you consciously imagine the transition but that doesn’t seem plausible either. Any help would be much appreciated.

this isn't Reiki... it is direct revelation.. guided by enlightened compassionate Spirits. this is about "Journeying" to another dimensions where the enlightened compassionate spirits reside. they don't tell you as much as guide you to experience what you are seeking. but I did get an "Empowerment" in the Non Ordinary Reality... for healing, I just go back there and get charged up and bring it back. Reiki is a "drip drip drip energy, shamanism is like opening the flood gates of miraculous healings.. Reiki has become tainted by the money. it is becoming a fraud scam.
I agree. Asked many times for free reiki, but i never felt anything from it. I was like... can they even actually do it? I went to a true healer and man this person is good
At a certain point in the video, she talks about having suffered very traumatic events in the past. When this happens, compassionate spirits come to our help, and you can accept it. There are other ways. It is well explained in the great book "The Way of the Shaman" by the late Michael Harner.
Are there any books which anyone can recommend about Animal Spirit Guides?? I am receiving a lot of Serpent energy recently and along with a lot of Serpent synchronicity for me to tap into... Also a lot of fire, which I never normally feel. Any advice would be lovingly appreciated!! Beginning my Shamanic Journey so taking baby steps, but trusting the Spirits helps tremendously

I think you miss the point here. What we call "shamanism" is not something exclusive of native Americans, at all. There are native peoples in every continent, and almost all of them have some form of shamanic practice. Even here in Europe, we have the Saami shamans, the noaidi. And also the less known druids from the few remaining Celtic peoples. The "shaman" word itself, is Siberian, from the Tungus people. Nobody is stealing anything here from others, but trying to recover what once was ours.
Hi Jared, this connects you with your own intuition so you can hopefully make better choices in life or at least go back to your own inner world for healing. An exercise you can do to connect with yourself is 10 Min of any fast music you can dance to with closed eyes, followed by 10 Min lying down listening to a shamanic drum video with call back, in this stillness sometimes you will see something or a message will come to you. It's a little bit like an induced dream. You might not get anything at the start because it takes practice but you can use this to relax and live less in your mind and connect to your heart. :)
You can also do breathing exercises. A drum or nothing works too. As long as you have imagination you can do this. You are supposed to be polite and have an open ended question to ask with an intention before. Taught to me by a psychic

Well you can learn it by training in a shamanic school like in the Foundation for Shamanic Studies in US or in Quebec at the ECTQ schhol of shamanism in Canada ;-) Be humble, before judging anything walk the path before judging something ;-) Wishing you the best !

The spiritual eye will open eventually, give in entirely and believe entirely to the point of total harmony. As each of the physical senses and feelings are attached to it. YET, the is physical vision as well.. to the point of me seeing it and being able to photograph it. But this one requires great spiritual insight or knowledge as if we were able to see without these, we could probably be in great terror or distress at not understanding what it's been seen.

Animism is the oldest spiritual practice. Shamanism came later as branch from Animism. Not everyone were Shamans, as each community had a Shaman to heal and helps the people. The people were animists, but not all animists are Shamans as the shamanic path is a calling to be a vehicle for the spirits to help the people.

I have a question, new to this. In journeying to the lower world you travel down right, I got that. But from what I have read there is a transition that occurs leading into the lower world. Is that transition a result of trance? Should I keep traveling down until it happens because I’ve been trying for a bit with no luck. Has me thinking you consciously imagine the transition but that doesn’t seem plausible either. Any help would be much appreciated.
I'm being called to this. Idk why but it feels right? I have things moving around me in odd places, that I didn't know I put them there. Do they do this to get 0ur attention?

this isn't Reiki... it is direct revelation.. guided by enlightened compassionate Spirits. this is about "Journeying" to another dimensions where the enlightened compassionate spirits reside. they don't tell you as much as guide you to experience what you are seeking. but I did get an "Empowerment" in the Non Ordinary Reality... for healing, I just go back there and get charged up and bring it back. Reiki is a "drip drip drip energy, shamanism is like opening the flood gates of miraculous healings.. Reiki has become tainted by the money. it is becoming a fraud scam.
I agree. Asked many times for free reiki, but i never felt anything from it. I was like... can they even actually do it? I went to a true healer and man this person is good
At a certain point in the video, she talks about having suffered very traumatic events in the past. When this happens, compassionate spirits come to our help, and you can accept it. There are other ways. It is well explained in the great book "The Way of the Shaman" by the late Michael Harner.
Are there any books which anyone can recommend about Animal Spirit Guides?? I am receiving a lot of Serpent energy recently and along with a lot of Serpent synchronicity for me to tap into... Also a lot of fire, which I never normally feel. Any advice would be lovingly appreciated!! Beginning my Shamanic Journey so taking baby steps, but trusting the Spirits helps tremendously

I think you miss the point here. What we call "shamanism" is not something exclusive of native Americans, at all. There are native peoples in every continent, and almost all of them have some form of shamanic practice. Even here in Europe, we have the Saami shamans, the noaidi. And also the less known druids from the few remaining Celtic peoples. The "shaman" word itself, is Siberian, from the Tungus people.
Nobody is stealing anything here from others, but trying to recover what once was ours.
I hope this stuff isn't of the devil or demons.

Hi Jared, this connects you with your own intuition so you can hopefully make better choices in life or at least go back to your own inner world for healing. An exercise you can do to connect with yourself is 10 Min of any fast music you can dance to with closed eyes, followed by 10 Min lying down listening to a shamanic drum video with call back, in this stillness sometimes you will see something or a message will come to you. It's a little bit like an induced dream. You might not get anything at the start because it takes practice but you can use this to relax and live less in your mind and connect to your heart. :)

You can also do breathing exercises. A drum or nothing works too. As long as you have imagination you can do this. You are supposed to be polite and have an open ended question to ask with an intention before. Taught to me by a psychic

How could a person become a real shaman by studying it??
Well you can learn it by training in a shamanic school like in the Foundation for Shamanic Studies in US or in Quebec at the ECTQ schhol of shamanism in Canada ;-) Be humble, before judging anything walk the path before judging something ;-) Wishing you the best !

I am presently learning in ECTQ ) Ecole de chamanisme transculturelle du Quebec) it is in French but if you speak English you can take classes from Sandra Ingerman or with Alberto's Villoldo's schoools. Check out the Foundation for shamanic Studies. ;-) I suggest you take the introduction class and try for yourself. And if you do, i would love you to keep in touch and tell me who was the course. It can help you in ALL the areas of your life and loved ones. It is the best investment I made in all my life !
