The 92 Wraysbury brace it rocked angling and it propped my spine up as a 16 year old and made me want to fish for these big carp even though I was fishing for a while for all types of species Pete Springate was responsible for my on off obsession with carp fishing

Old school personified, that yeoveney brace picture and story in the guest chapter of carp fever was what got me into it back in the early 80s .
