I just did the doors on my 81. They are the old style with fixed vent windows. Your video was very helpful, but the old doors have much less room to get the vent window track in. I had to remove the window stop in the bottom of the door to allow the window to drop all the way to get enough clearance. Thanks for your video - without it I might never have have been able to get the job done.
Hi just was wondering my yj has to holes in the bottom of the glass and two plastic clip go in the glass is there a tool to push them in I feel if I push any hard glass will break
I just saw this question there really isn't a tool that I know of, a little white grease might help you can also cut a small piece of plastic PVC maybe 1/2 inch and use it on the opposite side as someone holds the glass on a table with a blanket to give you support on the back side
I used to work installing auto glass. Tempered safety glass is a lot tougher than most think. I use a plastic faced hammer, with the window on a cardboard box to absorb the shock. One sharp tap usually does the trick.

Do you have a video on how to get regulator out without breaking something
Gus, regulator comes out last, remove upper belt moldings also
