I really love this show. I know I’m late to the party but I just want you all know that until today someone’s out there gonna be inspired after watching this show even if it is for years. I’m glad about the ending it may look like abrupt but I am happy to just simply know that they still have and love each other at the end of it all, that alone is enough not all w/w series or movies have a happy ending but at least we have this. I love the storyline and it was so refreshing how you addressed issues of coming out for youth and family matters. Anyone But Me had three wonderful seasons from 2008 when we first launched to when the series bowed in 2012. It takes a great many factors to produce a show and we were lucky enough for those factors to align for so many years. We're all very proud of the show and are constantly amazed by the love it continues to receive.
I watched this entire series in one day, I have never watched anything quite as moving. The acting, the directing, the writing, all of this is the compilation of sheer perfection. Thank you so much for sharing this with all of us fans, and I am so glad, that I stumbled upon this today.
Just finished watching all three seasons! Wow! I love this so much! The stories are just light and very realistic. A lot could relate and learn from this. Thank you so much for producing such a series! I love aster and vivian so much! :)
Its weird to think that when I saw this, just 3 years ago that seems like yesterday yet forever ago. Back when I was a freshie in high school and so confused with life. Now im graduating and not so confused. This sure helped alot then. Thanks for it all! A season 4 would be amazing, but thank you for the 3 and all the lost scenes!
Of course, we're sorry you didn't like it, but we made very clear strong choices to end it this way. We didn't have to do a finale. And we wouldn't have made something we aren't completely proud of. Which we are! We didn't want to wrap up or resolve every relationship. We wouldn't do that even with 2 more seasons. Life isn't like that. This is a subtle, complex ending which suggests there is more to come for each character. But you have to use your imagination to know what that might be.
There are no words to fully describe how incredibly fantastic this show is and how dearly I will miss it. I wish you all well and thank you for bringing such amazement of art creation to our community. Peace, love and light!
Wow! This whole show (all seasons) is a rare thing indeed. Of all the LGBT films/shows I've seen, this I might say is one show that really moved me a lot because of how it emphasizes more on 'love/romance' & 'characters' rather than 'sex' which is what I often see in LGBT films/shows (I'm looking at u, 'Blue is the Warmest Color'). As a straight guy who likes watching LGBT entertainment, Rachael, Nicole and the whole cast and crew, you've really outdone yourselves. I hope to see more of you stuff. Much love, u guys.

Wow, first time to watch it cause of 2020 quarantine and I'm hooked up from season 1 - Season 3 this is amazing Amazing storyline, actress/actors and everything thank you for this wonderful series I watched.
Oh my word! That was quite the end to such an aspiring and oftentimes amazing series. I loved seeing Vivian and Aster getting past the issues they had and just being strong together. Also loved seeing Vivian with Elisabeth and Sophie - like old times. Thanks for three wonderful seasons with such rounded characters - I'll miss them all.
To have someone who is by your side despite ANYTHING is truly rare and simply beautiful. I think that's what makes Aster and Vivian's relationship so amazing and intriguing. Excellent series. I hope there is more to come.

How did I not know this was here?! Amazing :) I've always loved this series. In general I love independent movie projects. The fact there's a lesbian storyline is a bonus but it's also been fantastically written and acted.

That's really how it ends? I'm sad to say that I'm disappointed. Sophie's obvious feelings for Vivian are just brushed aside, and Viv losing Aster because of that kiss would not make HER feelings for Sophie go away either. We don't find out where Archibald went, he never comes back, & they don't explore how the friend who's an actress (I forgot her name) is struggling with depression and threw out her meds? Like, that's not good?? She could become suicidal without her medication. I understand that the creators had a budget to stick to, so I guess they couldn't resolve everything, but it feels like the show ended with a bunch of big holes. I enjoyed the show overall, but I am sad that these things were ignored in the final season.

The letter doesn't matter! it's the beauty of their relationship who does. Knowing that no matter what you go through, the person you love will be there to share it with you and support you when things get too hard. For me, I would have been disappointed if she had read the whole letter out loud. For the sake of the show, the mother is not important. If it was my story, I wouldn't let the person who abandoned me a second chance no matter how sorry the person is. Some people don't deserve it!

everytime i watch this, its a bitter sweet feeling. this was a beautiful episode and i'm so glad that it actually ended with them actually being together. this was an awesome series and i was so happy to have had it a part of my life.
Re-watched the series and it brought back so many memories of when it first came out and waiting impatiently for the next episode and crushed when it was over. I have also been reading comments about how it would be great to see how everyone grew up and doing their own thing. Would like to add that I would love this too. I enjoyed all the characters in this series. Well written, acted and it made you care about the characters in this series.

Satisfying. It was satisfying. What was in that letter didn't matter, it's that Aster was there with Vivian, that's all that matters. After 4 years it ended as good as it could. There wasn't a time jump seeing them married or anything like that, but we know that they will deal with everything together and that's good enough for me.
ABM. I selfishly want it to continue, but alas ending on a good note with Aster & Viv together will have to suffice. So involved do we become in even fictional lives. Thank you for bringing the series and characters to life. They will be missed.

Well, Viv clearly has some kind of feelings for Sohpie, but its the story long time ago. She might feel confused when she first met Sophie again and completely being out. But again, when she thinks about what she has with Aster, its just not kind of teenager love as she had for Sophie anymore. She knows that she's deeply in love with Aster. That's all matter. Because if she does have strong feelings for Sophie, she'd have done something when she got the chance to make a move. Viv hesitated cuz she knew she has Aster.
Everything was explained by Vivian's point of view and by her feelings for Aster, for me the story between Sophie and Vivian was end game with that kiss. If they would never kissed there would always be a "maybe", but after the kiss for Vivian was always Aster.
I really can't believe I didn't come across this before 2017! We NEED more web series like this. Please make more! PS. Am I the only one who finds Vivian more attractive than Astor?

everytime i watch this, its a bitter sweet feeling. this was a beautiful episode and i'm so glad that it actually ended with them actually being together. this was an awesome series and i was so happy to have had it a part of my life.
Re-watched the series and it brought back so many memories of when it first came out and waiting impatiently for the next episode and crushed when it was over. I have also been reading comments about how it would be great to see how everyone grew up and doing their own thing. Would like to add that I would love this too. I enjoyed all the characters in this series. Well written, acted and it made you care about the characters in this series.

Satisfying. It was satisfying. What was in that letter didn't matter, it's that Aster was there with Vivian, that's all that matters. After 4 years it ended as good as it could. There wasn't a time jump seeing them married or anything like that, but we know that they will deal with everything together and that's good enough for me.
ABM. I selfishly want it to continue, but alas ending on a good note with Aster & Viv together will have to suffice. So involved do we become in even fictional lives. Thank you for bringing the series and characters to life. They will be missed.

Well, Viv clearly has some kind of feelings for Sohpie, but its the story long time ago. She might feel confused when she first met Sophie again and completely being out. But again, when she thinks about what she has with Aster, its just not kind of teenager love as she had for Sophie anymore. She knows that she's deeply in love with Aster. That's all matter. Because if she does have strong feelings for Sophie, she'd have done something when she got the chance to make a move. Viv hesitated cuz she knew she has Aster.

Everything was explained by Vivian's point of view and by her feelings for Aster, for me the story between Sophie and Vivian was end game with that kiss. If they would never kissed there would always be a "maybe", but after the kiss for Vivian was always Aster.
I really can't believe I didn't come across this before 2017! We NEED more web series like this. Please make more!

I have to say that ABM, I such a amazingly beautiful series and has taught me SOOO much. So much thanks to the creators, producers, actors, and productions for providing such a series that is able to bring forth CHANGE..... And hopefully this is not the last we see of this series

Okay...ending is kinda good, but personally I would love to know what happened with the therapist. You could have ended her storyline with having the baby, but no, she appeared again and looked very very sad...
