Indy Car Racing 2 (Upcoming performance: Cars95.2k) RReady Rendition Verité @4k

The Cars95.2k is the most demanding ICR2 (compatible) carset that I've tested and Dosbox-Rendition/RReady struggles with it. The framerate chugs to 14 fps at times.
With the upcoming update, which is currently incomplete, a solid 30 fps framerate is achievable.
The effects of this can be simulated in current builds by hitting [ALT+TAB] at the ICR2 splash screen to switch to the Dosbox window and the [ALT+TAB] back again. There may be stability issues involved with this.

Thanks a lot! Stability problem needs to be fixed now, a consequence of the improved speed. I want move over to cgl land soon as well.
