Hey Dylan! You builded an awesome gun, fun to play. Somehow i made it shoot! Max load is 3 rubberbands and it shoots semi-auto, and kept the blowback, now its twice the fun! Anyway just wanted to say thanks for the tutorial and u seem like a nice guy!
@@DylanVole Its an very simple mech, added the mechaniam part (which is very small) and modified the back of the lower receiver. And i am the one who thanks u
If memory serves me right, it's a technic based trigger using the X shaped axle to keep things together. Just find a 2-3 stud lego piece, preferably the technic piece with a long bit and a stud sized circle up top, that will fit in the section. Hopeb that helps
Khaian’s LEGO. That’s true, the only reason it’s doing quite so well is the simplicity and the colour schemes. I have other better guns that ain’t getting near enough the same attention, this one was just what people were looking for I’m afraid.
Thank you very much. Unfortunately, very few LEGO guns are ambidextious, meaning it's a pain for anyone who had a separate dominant hand to the creator.
Shame you don't have the right pieces. It depends on which piece, though, as some can easily be substitute for others - though this will require a bit of tweaking and tinkering.
awesome vid i really like the gun.. but i cant build the trigger mechanism just because of one piece: the corner piece. the one that sticks to the corner with the orange and red pieces. any help? like what else can i use?
Try a 3 stud wide technic rod with a cross-shaped hole on the side, ensuring that the circular holes are on the opposite side to the cross holes. Then slot a cross-shaped axl through the hole and slot in the rest of the technic pieces, and that should work.
Bruh, all he did is attach the trigger to the slide, not hating but check out this guy: ruclips.net/channel/UCgm4nu6yBYkl1Pos2-1-E_Q and his true, blowback, shooting deagle: ruclips.net/video/lGkg1w326Lk/видео.html
You can do, if needs be. All that would need happening is to build the top of the grip so that the slide lock is on the left side, by rearranging the bricks. Hope this helps.
It’s technically not blowback the trigger should hit something that activates the gas piston than while the trigger is in the backward position the gas piston shoots gas that will make the slide go back and chamber another round that is also how a 1911 desert eagle etc.... is semi automatic
ZachoFox, nah, it’s okay. Besides, he isn’t wrong. This weapon was just a simple little project and I’m honestly surprised that this got so many views. Thanks anyways! 😊

Dylan Vole's Arsenal of Bricks what I would do is make a mechanism that that some sort of catch that when you pull the trigger all the way back it would make the slide fly back, but it will probably be pretty difficult
5:03 I know it’s been two years but I thought I’d ask. Is there any alternative for the technic piece near the top right (dark grey “L” shaped piece). I have all the others just not that specific one
I'm not sure if there is an alternative to that grey piece. The only thing I can suggest is have a slightly different technic L piece replacing it and modifying the trigger based on that piece
+Madmax2007 2007. I like that type of thinking. I make the guns to suit my ergonomics, which is why there are two black grips on the lower receiver, but it's all up to interpretation.
It's a 3 stud long LEGO technic axle with a stud at the end, and the brick needs to be the specific one shown, as it has a hole that accommodates that stud - either that or you could use a 1 stud LEGO technic holed brick to do a similar job
Because that’s not rude?! I try with the creations - and I do build rifles - but the amount of pieces required to make a GOOD and RELIABLE sniper rifle means that it would require a lot of technics - stuff that I wasn’t able to buy for myself a few years ago because I barely got myself a new job.
@Tunerwurld, could you please not? Firstly, I’ve never seen that ‘meme’. Secondly, you’re insulting some person for having a profile pic and name that you disavow, which is just quite immature really.
Tunerwurld I wouldn’t have minded so much if you didn’t say it in the way you said. You said it as if you were disgusted with him for having it as a profile picture. And I don’t want him to get bullied, of course - and most people will probably just dismiss the profile image and think nothing of it. Sorry if I sounded harsh, but I had no ideas about how you intended it. The thing is that your facial expression is hidden behind the screen - all you have to interpret are the words said.
Cool but i want you to upgrade that gun into blowback shell ejecting please please please if this comment up to 5 like i hope you make it

Hey Dylan One Question. What Happens When You Don’t Add The Rubber Band? I mean attach
The weapon’s slide will not move forward, and neither will the trigger.
I get confused with this: ex wtf holds the slide in place? And when he connected the lower part of the slide
the elastics and the axle hold it in place
There is a small axle that holds the slide in place, though I will probably agree that the system I used to fix the slide isnt the best.
