There are many places like this in Wisconsin not sure about -70 degrees but absolutely brutal to work. I worked in one of those jobs for 3 months no thank you. Pushing, filling and wrapping a tote in plastic in under 10 mins is brutal.
@@Norrr3 I like the cold, like really cold. Like when it went down to -14 farenheit here over a week ago, I went out onto the balcony of my apartment for about 10 minutes just because I liked how it felt. Now some people may argue because it was only for 10 minutes, and I knew that I could walk back into my apartment at any time if I wanted to, that I'd be humming to a different tune about that temperature if I was like stuck outside in that same -14 for like a couple of hours (like actually stuck in it for that amount of time because my car broke down or something). But I don't know, I like it very cold

@@Popcornhebe I worked one of those jobs granted it was over a year now. The place I worked started at $15-16 now it's at $18-20 I believe. We had to work in pairs. Get there early make a bunch of totes. One person outside and one inside. Rotate every hour or so. Imagine filling these totes every 6-8 mins and then wrapping them in plastic and pushing them with a pallet jack while doing paperwork inside the freezer and scanning stuff for 4 hours a day then 4 hours outside making big boxes. The pay is so not worth it. It's back-breaking job and it's insanely cold to the point you have to go out every 10 mins or so or your fingers will go numb. These jobs should start at $20-30 no joke. They pay forklift drivers $20+ starting out and in that job you had to know how to use a forklift as well. No wonder there is a shortage of workers. These jobs are bull shit.
I work in a freezer just like this guy but in Oklahoma. I have the same suit and mitts and drive a forklift in the freezer . I make almost $20 an hour. So there ya go.
