I been having this NuBall machine for 2yrs and it works well for me. It takes the oil out the ball at 145. I have pictures to prove it. No cracks No Problem.
I have one and the ONLY time anything comes out is when I use it the FIRST time on any ball. After that, dry as a very warm bone. I truly believe that the "oil" is actually plasticizers.
I sanded my Crux prime with a 360 grit and I put it into the Nuball for about 1hr 40min and not a single oil came out. I'm not sure why that is..... It's heated, but I'm not sure why it's not sweating it out.
I'm getting a nu-ball bowling ball rejuvenater for Christmas I use simple-green degreaser and spin my Bowling ball in my hand to degrease my bowling ball if you don't have a nu-ball bowling ball rejuvenater you can use a bakery oven in your kitchen but you will need to put your kitchen oven on the lowest temperature your oven goes on if you plan on using your kitchen oven to rejuvenate your bowling ball and when you use your kitchen oven to do that to your bowling ball you will need to check your bowling ball periodically to make sure your bowling ball is doing ok
Personal Bowling Ball Revivor is way better. This garbage didnt even make my ball warm. Tried 3 different ones after replacing several times. Nope. None of them worked. Get things working at least if you want to make 189 dollars out of something that can be built with 60 bucks.
It does work. I have been using it for a year now. Contact the company, they have good customer support! When I first got it in the main it was cracked. After contacting them they sent me a replacement no charge!

Revived my bowling balls
Oil *AND* plasticizer, the reactive material inside the coverstock, is being removed from the ball.

@@datdude1021 Plastic and urethane balls do no absorb oil. Only reactive and proactive balls need oil extracted

you should seriously learn how to use some punctuation. Don't use your oven, not a good idea
Dishwasher on regular cycle for about 30 minutes, no oil left on ball.
I have not been waiting for it. I leave my ball in a hot vehicle windows up on a hot sunny day to bring the oil to the top and wipe off.
Left my ball in the machine for two hours and didn't work. I tried every heat setting. And nothing.
This type of "cleaning" isn't intended for a ball with a polyester or plastic cover stock.
Works great!
The average lowest temp of an oven is about 200 degrees. Don't make this mistake people. I've heard horror stories.
135 125 degree
