One Balloon Flower

Let's say you have a long line of kids and you've decided to employ a one-balloon-per-person policy so that you hopefully get through the line before you have to go. But what if someone asks for a flower, which is normally from two balloons (one for the flower and one for the stem). If you make them a two-balloon flower then to be fair you would have to make a two-balloon creation for everyone.... unless you make them this one-balloon flower, which might not look quite as pretty as the two-balloon variety, but takes less time and since it's from one balloon, it costs less too!
