Maybe 20 out of 22 of them show F13 and I was baffled as to how a power outage would have caused that. Reading that the same thing has happened to you is reassuring. I like how he got to work on a brand new, clean machine with the back exposed. Over there living the good life.
I'm surprised the technician is wearing a watch. Some repairs have to be done when the machine is live.
The f13 has happend on my machines after storms or power line issues. Flipping the breaker on and off quickly a few times has cleared it

Those multimeter probes are dangerous to use for checking live mains voltages, the exposed metal probe tip is way too long for safety.
