If you pull up a basic print online and compare it to what points he's testing, you'll see that he's basically half splitting the diode section and igbt section. Because the incoming and outgoing terminals are tapped in between the diode 6 pack and igbt 6 pack.
Also to clear up confusion, he puts the positive probe on the negative DC bus and negative probe on positive DC bus. Even though the top of the circuit is the "more positive side" and the lower circuit is the "more negative side", you have to change your meter polarity so you can forward bias the diodes and IGBTs.
Pull up the print and it'll make sense.

Most of the time IGBT failure.Replace IGBT

Please check the control card of the vfd. May be the problem is in Control card, If you are getting proper dc link voltage then 100% sure , Your cintrol card is faulty.

My Schneider VFD (0.75 kW) is not working, the display board just blank (not showing anything), the button run/stop is not working too, and the motor can't start(to control the VFD im using PLC with RJ-45. but, the power indicator LED is on... Any suggestions??

i doubt if the second part of the video after changing terminal is correct ?... i think u should have touched the red probe to the negative of DC bus

Sir my Allen Bradley 1336 drive trip in over voltage fault during start, it run fine up to 17hz, but trip above it.
Suggest be solution?
The machine is running an unbalanced charge with large inertia ? I mean that the unbalanced make the motor régénérative during short période. One solution is find the parameter who speak about DC link control (anti régénérative fct). Also, try to put the inverter in Vector control instead u/f. Please, give more détails about alarm History, ref speed ? Output speed ? Output current ? DC link voltage at normal opération.
Check parameter 288, set to 1.

OU3 is over voltage. If it is not resetting. Try to put off the power supply and wait for 3 minutes and again start the system and hope it will reset. Give me the feedback
