The texture on the winter dial is beautiful, especially in combination with that thermal blued second hand. I'm also quickly becoming a big fan of the new white birch model.
@@thegreatgambinowatchreviews I’m a sucker for the heated blue hands. It’s what gives it the slight edge over the spring for me at least. Ohh the white birch! Excited to see other variations with the same case and movement.

I would have considered summer or autumn if the movement was the spring drive. I ended up with the spring (shunbun)
I own the spring and adore it but the fall always has me second guessing... 😂

Good work with the camera...I would like to have seen the watches out doors and 'sitting' on the wrist. However your AD probably has limitations!
Went to to look at the WINTER and immediately fell in love. I couldn't really grasp the sharpness of the details. Just wow

Shame power reserves on the dial spoils the symmetry on spring drives. Hi beat dials get my vote.
And the beautiful movement is blocked by a stupid logo, making the display caseback pointless....

@@aneeshwagle8892 wtf are you talking about , spring is green period. Grand seiko is garbage . Over priced seiko literally nothing about them screams valuable, exclusive, expensive. They cant even get their alignment issues in order on their high end products . Seiko has lost it's way.
Not in Japan. Grand seikos are a reflection of japanese perspectives, and spring in Japan is more commonly associated with cherry blossoms or Sakura blossoms, unlike in the west, were spring would be associated with green leaves. That's why in the four seasons collection, the watch representing spring is pink
