If one is already familiar with GD&T this is a helpful video, since how find and apply GD&T annotations in Inventor is well explained. No one should think they're learning anything about GD&T from this video though. The GD&T applied is about 20% correct, so 80% incorrect.
I think you made a mistake in concentricity geometric tolerance application. The 1/4 inch hole is not concentric to datum B. The circle that you made that coincides with the center points of the 1/4 inch holes is what you should have selected.
Do you have more videos talking about GD&T? Your teaching skills are pretty good. Also, how can the hole have a tolerance of 0.006 in in perpendicularity? Wouldn't the tolerance be based on an angle?
Sorry, the pattern radius and 120 degree angle need to be BASIC and Position used. Concentricity is the wrong characteristic. I cringed. Also not a good choice for the flange diameter unless something really special is going on.

Why did you put the concentricity in one of the peripheral holes?
It was an unfortunate error. Position is the tool.

Surface finish is the square root looking symbol, if that is what you are after. Smaller number is smoother: 16 mirror and 250 cat's tongue.
