Thank you for this tutorial, Alexandria! Sucg a stunnin cake. I would looove to see more Lanbeth-style cakes by you. You use more of the OG piping techiques and I would love to see you do another cake/s in this style, please. Thank you. 😍😘
Absolutely lovely. These cakes never really caught my eye because I couldn’t think of anyone who would want one. And for what occasion. But it is growing on me because of your tutorials! Thank you!
I love how relaxing the Lambeth method is! It puts me in a zen state of mind. Of course as always, thank you for sharing your beautiful work! It has inspired me to try new techniques that freshen up even the most old fashioned of Victorian cake design. I first discovered your channel when I subscribed to the Sugar Geek Show. It taught me how to make the best gum paste and gum paste flowers, your decadent chocolate cake along with your Italian buttercream and royal icing recipes! I may not be a professional baker, but with your amazing teaching skills, it has made me reevaluate my career path, even though I’m 45 😂 Thank you
It really is relaxing once you get the hang of it! Never too late to start something new ;) my pleasure, love sharing techniques whenever I have the chance!
Watching videos on the Lambeth method also put me in a similar state of mind. I think my brain likes watching others put so much detail and time into their job/craft/hobby.
I’ve never decorated a cake, but after watching a few of your videos I feel comfortable that I could a decent job. The Lambeth method is my ultimate goal.
Absolutely love this series and these two videos. Would love to see one on porcelain cake technique in the future, when you have time…..thanks for all you are doing to help and support other Cake artists Alexandria. You are terrific! Amanda
Wonderdul tutorial and excellent skill! It would take me forever 😅 How do you stop your fondant from drying out or sweating during all this delicate, time consuming work?

They are quite over the top aren't they haha but I've had people request them for weddings, birthdays, and other parties before!

I loved watching you pipe this cake. I’ve always loved this style. Thank You!
Thank you 🙏🏼 one of my favourites too!
The drop strings on the cake is absolutely amazing! That's so so cool how you do that without it breaking. It makes the cake look delicate.
Thank you! Once you get the hang of them they're really fun to do :)

It does tend to dry out a bit which is fine. I try to keep my room at 21C and 45% humidity when working
Its very nice. May i know u are doing royal icing designs for butter icing cake.
Yes you can do it on SMBC or AMBC but not on whipped cream
