It's also cool for age groupers to see that even the pros make mistakes in race preparation and that not everything always goes perfectly, which you often see on social media. Would wonder if your pacing for this race was higher than what it would be for a full IM.. if either the combination of your hard workout a couple of days before depleting some stored glucose and the faster pacing caused your body to detect low glucose levels and the brain started to force you to slow or if it might be more of just needing to adjust the carb intake due to higher ratio of carb/fat usage? who knows??? course the heat/humidity in and/off itself can do me in (and nowhere close to any kind of competitive paces)

Sur la vidéo, ce sont du PTO. Mais personnellement j'utilise ceux de Wahoo, le KICKR et KICKR Move.

Love hearing a contracted athlete's not targetting the T100 :/
This specific PTO distance requires a specific training which differs from the one Ironman distance requires. As my goal has always been to win Kona IMWC - Yes, I want to pursue my dream in 2024 and focuse on this PTO distance next year.
I also still believe I have my place amongst the 20 best athletes at this distance so why not show up and race ?
@LaidlowSam I 100% agree if Kona is main your goal and absolutely worth showing up to T100 still... but maybe worth not being 100% transparent and saying Kona is your only goal?
