Clearly there is a blush door in my house too! I’m watching you and counting my “small collection” and 19! 19 blushes!!!!! Dang that blush door! There’s also a velvet rope line at that door and lip liners are giving the bouncer $50 to get in! Love this approach to keeping your collection small.
I started putting my makeup on a spreadsheet a couple of years ago, and I’ve gone from 221 total products in 2022 to 143 at the beginning of this year. I love seeing videos like this to see how your collection fluctuates too.

For the last two columns, I have each category listed with the total products in each category, and it totals that column at the bottom. I strike through anything I use up or declutter through the year. I make a new tab every January for the new year, copy the previous year’s spreadsheet into it and clean it up.

Maybe you’ll realize that you really don’t love them anymore. Or maybe the opposite and you’ll be glad you still have them. ND Love palette for example. And then other products too like blushes or lipsticks if you still have some oldies but goodies.

I have never been nor will I ever be a social media influencer and I have way more makeup than you which I know is ridiculous ( I am working on it ) so you should be incredibly proud of how you have been able to curate your makeup especially when it's a part of your job. 👏👏
I have a hard time with primers and bronzers. i’ve started a new rotation with my products and if i find myself not using a product and using something else i get rid of it. i have a hard time nailing down my favorites because i’m so disorganized but this has helped me
I always enjoy your videos but today's was kicked up a notch! There is literally a mini Sephora store in my bathroom so none of these numbers sound outrageous to me. 😂 I think maybe you could work on your lipsticks / lip glosses. Or maybe it's me that needs to work on my amount of lip glosses. Somewhere in the range of 80. I think there's a saying about that. You can never be too rich, too thin, or have too many lip glosses. Okay, hear me out. I think it's actually kinda normal to have more blush than bronzer, even for a bronzer lover?? Like with bronzer most of us have an ideal shade or two and it doesn't really varry, so having several bronzers is mainly about formula, whereas with blush, I think most of us enjoy a wider range of shades. Owning more blushes allows for variations in formula AND shade so we tend to end up with more.
