I don’t think you need to show the number of rooms. As long as you have the evidence showing residence proof and you have a letter stating you can accommodate the visitors i would not think processing would be a problem.

As long as you have all the documents during submission, the chances of rejection for your application is very minimal.

Yes you can go to any country and come back to UK, only thing is you can only stay in uk for 180 days in a stretch.
