Fly Rides Electric Bikes only issue is I feel like I’m cheating and not doing too much exercise, the range on the bike allows one to go places and discover their city like never before.:) way over 100 miles even in all turbo mode.:)
Great video Scott and great hair flow! A few mentions. I love the vario and have always been a fan. I usually only ride them at the under 10 mile mark for shop quality control but test rode a customers at around 500 miles and was blown away. The drive loosens us nicely and I believe felt even better with time. I also love the Thudbuster. I bottom out bodyfloats and find the backward forward motion helps a lot more with the bumps in the road and make for a comfortable ride. My Pops has used this model around his property back east and has gone on some old roads he hasn't been on since he was a kid, I have only ever heard him say good things about the comfort while riding. Thanks again for the break down!
I totally agree with your remark about breaking down of Vario hub. My packster 40 has now reached 1000km; I feel that there is far less pedalling resistance compared to new bike (it is now more easy to pedal without assistance). I had same experience with Alfine and Rohloff on other bikes; these gear hubs needs at least 1000km to show real capabilities.
After considering buying a Moustache bike with open frame and all road capabilities, Nevo 3 came out... And now, I must wait 4 more weeks to get mine !

I wish these were considered for the viewer ....What size is this bike ? How tall are you? What’s your leg inseam? I see your arms are very straight ...What is your reach? What is this frame size you are riding? Just so I can get a visual for myself
No mention of miles per charge, averages. I was told by other sources to look at amp power of the battery not watts for battery power. Which is best in your opinion.
Generally thought says Bosch 500wh are 30-50 miles per charge. You can kind of look at either amp hours or watt hours. Watt hours is just amp hours multiplied by voltage. So, in short, generally higher amp hours will mean a higher range. We list watt hours because we've felt people have an easier time understanding them.

Good job...Thanks...I’m picking up my Nevo GT/GX a week from today...Sorry, but I live in Pittsburgh so I’m getting it through my LBS!!! Shop is swapping out the Rock Razors for a pair Schwalbe Hurricanes as I wanted a more versatile tire for riding roads and rails to trails. Will put the Rock Razors back on later this summer for more aggressive trails. What’s the make of the mirror that’s on the bike in your video? Was that an OEM or after market? Finally in your video you mentioned that the Nevo can be equipped with the Kiox display, I was told differently and it’s not listed as an option on the R&M website?
Hey, That mirror comes standard with some R&M bikes. It's called the Humpert Ergotec M-99. Yes you are correct. No Kiox Display. Will update! Thanks for bringing that to my attention.

Thanks for the good and useful review. Question: Is this bike suitable to use as a touring bike with panniers, i.e. is the chain-stay or in this case belt-stay far enough back so that you don't hit the panniers when cycling with the toe end of your feet on the peddles?

R&M Doesn't sell accessories separately, but there are a lot of great mirrors out there!
