Maybe you haven’t been lucky with the crew (I’m sorry that you didn’t enjoy that part), but the flight attendants from my route where nice and attentive! I recommend you to give KLM another try! :) I wanted to see the travel essentials kit/pouch from this year…to see if they changed the design or the colors or something! 😂
