I wonder why When France puppets the USA not only are they not named something like 'French USA' they also dont stay the regular colour they were before they got puppeted. Is this only unique to France or what, I know Monarchist Britain can create the North American Dominion but that's a decision, not something built into the peace deal. Do you know of any other nations that can do that?

France used to own like half of the USA, and it was called "district de Louisiane", like in the video
