Some other places it has been found that the CG was WAY off out of the box, like very very tail heavy. Did you have to do much (or anything) to adjust and change your CG to get it flying so nicely, or was yours balanced well right out of the box?
This plane seems to tick all my boxes: easy to setup (detachable wings AND elevators), pusher prop, not too big, switchable stabilisation, good soarer. Questions: motors looks/sounds to be brushless? Is it possible to somehow correct settings of the rudder/elevators/ailerons, as you cannot reach pushrods and there also don't seem to be trim-buttons on the transmitter? Indication of flighttime?
I have flown it many times, even on gusty windy day. it does not need any trimming. they Designed the Flight control system from scratch (OFS) Omphobby Flight System is one of the best out there. So far i never felt plane was out of trim ever. again there is gyro calibration if you ever feel like that. you are going to love this plane.
For a a long time I have gone back to the Dromida Sky Cruiser 2 AKA WLToys F959 Sky King for compact quick to assemble and take apart all around electric gliding fun in my automobile trunk but this may be the new compact trunk ready to fly electric RC. Does the propeller fit in the box without having to removing it every time you rebox for transport?
Well you know the answer already, Why XK A800 is not top of my favorite planes list :) This plane is different, its totally on a different level of fun and beginner friendliness. also its tougher and better in a sense that if you crash A800, (prop motor on nose) you break prop and motor first. Motor goes bad very quick (WLToys Quality and quality control sucks nowadays) and also that plane is way too fragile. T720 is tough, forgiving, better design, better aerodynamics, and more quality components. The company that builds these T720 and S720 3D Plane (Coming soon to my channel) has a great reputation for producing Quality stuff
If you are asking for Transmission Protocol then its their own developed one. it will work with their own radio control that is supplied with the plane. you can't bind other radios to it. Flight stabilizer is also developed by them (The company) I hope though, if company can release like XK (S-FHSS Futaba) or FrSky Protocols and we can bind our Futaba or FrSky Radios to fly up to 1km to 2km range easily and that would make this plane even better and bring it to the top of the FPV Pilots list who love flying smaller planes for FPV

Do you have any advice for a small cheap (less than $100usd) pfv drone kit (i just have a t8gs receiver) for a kid 8 year old? i borrow my heli dms2 and it lasted 2 days. i am looking something durable , cheap , good for learning. my opttions new are eachin 013 kit or the emax tinyhawk ......do you any opinion on these or perhaps a better option ? many thanks!!!
These days FPV Whoops are best option as they do not break even crashing, but they fly in manual mode so no idea if kid can handle it. for kids its best to look for any Cheap 5G WiFi GPS Drone with camera. there are tons of those.
Greetings:: I have just ordered it, I hope it is better than your favourite Beaver plane, that I bought because of your review. It has the worst foam ever, just looking at it, will damage it, not durable at all, and that is one point you are looking for in a trainer, durability.Lets hope this one is as good as you claim :-)
Yes agreed, this one foam is much more strong compared to Beaver plane. when you crash this glider, wings snap off to save from damage. just put them back on and start flying. really a nice design, and superb plane. durable too. by the way it has enough power to take off from ground too :) without any landing gear
@@alishanmao I have just seen another review of this plane, and it seems horrible tail heavy, you did not mention that, I hope it was just his one, He had fpv on it with extra weight in the nose and it was still tail heavy, not good
@@RuudyL Well maybe he does not know how to balance or maybe he got a faulty one. Mine is no issues with CG. after installing battery it balances just fine. only after I install Firefly HD Camera and a FPV System it is slightly nose heavy but still flies real nice. Just edited a video on how to setup and fly FPV on T720. Coming soon.

you will have to take off the prop. as its 3 blade. but if you can replace it with a 2 blade then you can easily rebox.

no it won't help, there is no way to adjust CG with a bigger battery
