It does the heart good, to discover that there are kind, generous, thoughtful people who not only want to provide assistance to other explorers, but also want to preserve, and recreate the past. Thank you, Andrea and Steven, for such a heartwarming, feel-good video🏚🏡🎊👏🏻🌞💛

Hi Steve and Andrea - I take my hat off to the dedicated volunteers who maintain these cabins so carefully. I am amazed too by the honesty of local people. In most places these relics would not last a week without being ransacked, stripped and drstroyed.

Top notch stuff when people go out of their way to bring the comforts of home to the past. Leave it to the imagination as to how life was back than even in hard times. I commend the volunteers for thoughtfulness and concept of rekindling old times😊. Thank u both for another great lesson on the past to present 😊

What a great place. So thoughtful of the volunteers. I really liked that first loo. It had enough room to put them cripple peoples bars in. One on each side. After a good night of drinking and hot chili, give ya plenty of leverage. Hold on tight with both hands and squeeze. Yee-Haa! Great way to start your day.😂😊 Peace. Keep up the great work.

At 9:29, by looking at the Dash of the Truck, I believe it to be a Dodge Truck from the 1940’s. A friend of mine and I, yesterday, looked at a 1948 Dodge Truck that he drove on the farm when just a kid. His truck had the same detail of the Instrument Clusters on the Dashboard, the Glove Compartment, and the Pull Knobs, too! Wish y’all would show a lot more of the Vehicle!!

My brother and I stayed in two of those cabins during his epic desert trip late last year. The third one we used is a lot farther away. We did 3 nights/4 days in the desert and then one night in Vegas so he could shower before getting on a plane.
