@@Mr.Options100 100% it will. my advice with cpus or gpus being a bottleneck is simple, buy either the low end or mid range cpu and then pair it will a graphics card that came out around that time . the reason why I say that is that when these graphics cards are made there designed for the cureent cpus, so therefore, that is what causes bottlenecking even if those older cpus have equivalent cores or even more. a ryznen 5 3600 is a very affordable and inexpensive upgrade, but if you truly want the maximum performance I would recommend the ryzen 5 5600x
when you put your setting on low, you demand more from the cpu and when you put higher settings on, you demand more from gpu. hope that answers your question

well I don't know everything about your system, but what I would recommended is disabling background apps, disabling startup apps, closing any non essential software, de bloating windows, downloading a warzone 2 config file, overclocking rtx 3060 ti to get around 10 more fps on low settings.

Btw I get 50 fps if I put my settings on 4K high and medium mix, so something is not normal about your fps
Will a ryzen 3 bottle neck my 3060 rtx? Only get 70 avg on low was getting 120 a couple weeks ago
