Sorry I haven’t been uploading a lot of feeding videos lately, but I promise I’ll start doing so again. Today’s feeding video will just be a rather casual one with a few jump-scares here and there ~ I think you’ll enjoy this one. Don’t mind the rain in the background, though!

I find this helps my arachnaphobia a bit, and I'm not sure why
I'm so viscerally repulsed by spiders, I tend to shiver when I see them
Watching these helps desentisise me from seeing them, I think
Your body can only stay anxious for so long until you need to calm down, even if the anxious stimuli isn't gone yet
So you find yourself looking at the thing that makes you anxious, but aren't feeling as uncomfortable as you were
and it lessens that negative connection you have to the stimuli
