It’s annoying listening to these guys argue for 2 minutes about Sage’s brain when there was a whole scene dedicated to her explaining that her brain regenerates
yeah i still remember her saying something like "shoot me in the heart and i die but shoot me in the brain and it grows back" small regeneration powers and it makes sense
In the comics, the Wayne’s helped escaped slaves on the underground railroad while here tek knights family made their wealth off of slavery

no fr they was being mad annoying talking about some fight back, like he OBVIOUSLY wasn't trying to blow his cover and die. and then when they thought hughie was about to break down about what happened to him and try to downplay what happened to him and laughing ab it was weird to me...Hughie was sexually assaulted so that shouldn't be "weird" if he's breaking down crying over that. I swear they have no emotional intelligence.

They don't understand the notion of consent, and that it can be withdrawn.
They don't believe men can be sexually assaulted.
Men being sexually assaulted is funny because [insert dumb reason here].
It's unfortunately disheartening because the very same nonsense people spew online is what blocks actual victims from getting recognition...let alone meaningful support in real life. You can't help someone if you can't recognize that they're in need of help.
At first I thought this issue was getting better, but it appears that it's only getting better very slowly. It's not a hard one; all parties have to be willing, and willingness can be withdrawn.
No one's asking anyone else to bust out a business form before they boof each other, just to know when it's going too far.
In this case, I'm willing to give a few people a pass, but the show clearly indicated, especially through Tek Knight's senses, that Hughie was scared the whole time he was there, and was not into it even with the cake scene, let alone the pure nightmare it turned into at the very end.

And honestly, with some of the stuff I've heard and read about that's actually happened to people, Hughie's situation was not *that* different.

Hughie did not want to get “hoed”. If he blew his cover he would get killed. He did the smart thing of staying undercover. I guarantee you if he tried to leave or knock out tek knight he wouldn’t been jumped by the butler, AND tek knight would’ve used his cut up “holes” sooner rather than later. Also Ashley would’ve came down and saw what hughie did, which also would’ve exposed his cover. This was supposed to be a CLEAN CUT operation.

To play devil’s advocate tek knight never displayed any super strength or durability but i think it is stated that all supes have this to some degree.
In season 1 it was stated that Tek Knight injured a person’s spine trying to save them. Also he threatened to take off Cates hand in Gen V

Tek knight says that he and Homelander are the top two superheroes and smells the team up. This is not to the worlds, finest in Batman and Superman. Clark Kent sees Bruce Wayne as his equal one of his best friends, a keen, intellect, martial artist and very resourceful even though Batman cannot fly he even trust Bruce with a piece of kryptonite. Homelander belittles tek knight says that he is expendable and laugh at the fact he can’t even fly.
Honestly I don’t know why I watch these guys anymore, they have the most brain dead takes I’ve ever seen. Like everything is literally explained in the episode if they just payed attention and tried to actually understand what’s going on. And making fun of Hughie because he got SA’ed is fucked up and proves how slow these guys are.
