This actually brought me to tears. I don't know why. The beauty of the sparkling lemonade tea, the care that someone needs to take when they pluck the leaves, the tea educator's commitment to train and work there for several years, and Sinead's continuous grace as she leads us into these beautiful places. I really enjoyed this 🥲
Me too! I’m heading to my kitchen now. I try Earl Grey every now & then but just don’t care for it. English/Irish breakfast are my go-to teas. Enjoy your cuppa!
Just at that point when I was a wondering about ....lemon and ginger, hey presto! Hiw strange, you uttered "lemon and ginger" and then again the tote bag! ❤😂❤😂 One can't have too many tote bags ☺️❤
Once again Sinead this was a joy to view. Totally worth my time. I bought some coronation tea and will try the lemonade recipe. Now I need some biscuits!
Fantastic! I just came home from the grocery store and yes .....I had bought my Twinings Earl Gray and some Walkers Shortbread and came home to this amazing and educational video! Sinead....you did it again! A great tour as always!
Hi Sinead, we are still enjoying our Twinings tea here in Arizona. We are so glad you took us to this beautiful shop and we had the opportunity to taste and buy the delicious tea selections. X - Carolyn and Radu
Sinead, I visited this shop last trip to London a few years ago and absolutely loved it! I knew they were the first to blend Earl Gray tea but did not know the recipe was a gift . Thanks for taking me back!
OMGoodness! I watch your videos all the time and find them lovely but this video of Twinings tea was spectacular! The history was great and to get insight on a master class so much fun! This Fantastic Video has increased my growing excitement! Thank You for All your Wonderful Videos on London !! They have so helped me plan my itinerary for each day of my vacation !! MikeW 🇬🇧🇺🇸🏴❤️
Sinead again what a great tour. I was with you a few weeks ago for the Westminister tour. Andrew from London Ontario Canada. You do a great job. Last October I went into that very store and met Julia. She was great. I bought a tin of loose Earl Grey. I savour it. Btw the 4Th Earl Grey was the monarch’s representative in Canada , Governor General , until 1911.
This was so wonderful Sinead. I go to the EPCOT Twinings shop here in Florida often but this was so awesome to see the real place and get all the history. I hope I get to go there someday. Thank you so much for bringing this to us. Now to go buy more tea.
I like Twinning English breakfast loose leaf tea. I make my own Earl Grey with adding a Bergamot leaf from my plant. I also like White tea leaves and sometimes at Lavender or mint to the pot. Thank you Sinaed that was lovely. My very, very favourite tea is Fortnum and Mason Queen Anne blend. 💕🇦🇺
That was so informative and so enjoyable! You do the most amazing tours, Sinead. You've shown me such amazing things. If I ever get to London I will definitely do a trip to the Twinings shop!
Thank you so much for sharing this video ❤. I just love tea!!!!! I drink a pitcher of it a day cold and I have 2cups of hot tea also a day! So, essentially, I'm drinking tea ALL day ☀️❤️! My mother-in-law can't understand it! I told her about the health benefits of it but she still seems clueless! My cousin always teased me about drinking tea and then, last Summer, I started doing my father's family genealogy research and discovered that I'm related to Almost EVERY member of the English Royal family and of other nobles and royals from other countries! Grandparents, cousins, etc!! ❤ I'm over the moon excited, honored and humbled at knowing this! NOW, she says It's no wonder I love my tea! It's because I'm mostly British and descended from royalty ❤😊. I love all of it and thank you so very much for sharing this lovely video!!!!!
Lovely to see your vid after a bit of a break. I can't wait to visit the shop when next in London as a number of blends are not currently stocked overseas. Keep up the great work!
This shop has had a major lifting… when I was there about 15 years ago it was a creaky floor and wooden bins with all the teas to buy by the tea bag. You could get tin loose leaf but way less choices. If I ever get back to London, this is on the list for sure!
Love this tour! If I could only visit one shop in London, this would be it! I'm from Chicago and when I lived there Twinings would have been the tea I'd buy when I wanted something special. Since moving to Ireland Barry's Gold Blend tea in the red box is all I usually drink now! Also, the story about Earl Grey tea is so interesting, but to me it tastes like drinking perfume and I could never get used to it. But the best scone I ever had was Earl Grey flavored, so I'd buy some to make that if I had a good recipe. Thank you for another great tour, the information was so interesting. The flower blooming tea was amazing!
I am a tea loving American and am living a dream of mine next week by going to Boston to see where we rebels threw tea into the harbor. After seeing this video, I am now going to have to go downstairs and fix me a lovely cup of Earl Grey with Lavander and Vanilla. Thanks for the wonderful videos- I always watch at least one of your videos on Sunday afternoons as a treat.
Love this so much Sinead! Easily one of my favourite shops. Very easy to spend a lot of money in there! They have wonderful Christmas gifts. I buy their Christmas tea in the Jan sale and it keeps me going all year. Thank you so much again 🙋♀️
Love Twinings tea. Drink it over here in Louisiana. Will be coming with my two kids (7 and 10) for their first time this fall. Do you do kid friendly tours?

Hi Sinead, thank you so much for filming, what a stunning shop, so beautiful and unique inside, it would be an awesome experience. Much love from New Zealand x
So glad I saw your video. Tea's my drink of choice, so I had to buy the Coronation tea blend. Can't wait to try it! Thanks so much for such a fun video!!
Thank you for sharing the video & information. I love history and this I love as your presentation brings my favorite brand of tea to a height larger than life. Take care & have an awesome day! ❤😊.
Thank you SO much for taking us inside! Our whirlwind visit to London last summer didn't allow us time to visit Twinings. Next time though, Twinings will be our number one stop! How fun to sample blended teas!
My Manchester friend says that Earl Gray is like drinking perfume, for me it's OK but my go to tea is TWININGS English Breakfast tea. Thanks as usually to Sinead for this enjoyable watch on the best tea on the market....... Tea bags are for hiking or picnics, in the home a tea ball infuser rules. Thanks again Sinead, coffee is on the way..............

Omg, I passed this shop last year on a day in London, I admired the frontage but I didn’t go in!! So wish I had now!!

The King's Coronation Blend, Jasmine Green, and Earl Grey... all loose. The Coronation Blend is wonderful! I'm ordering more of it!
Sorry to be petty but Twinings is at 216 Strand not Fleet Street. However, a wonderful educational video with great history. Well presented.
It is 216 Strand, a couple of doors down it becomes 1 Fleet Street. Twinings is one of the oldest buildings on the strand! 😊

Apparently Charles likes strong builders tea with 6 sugars and a load of hob knobs
What r hob knobs? I'm American so Iv never heard this term except in the ancient Roman shoe concept. 😊
