What happens to the people that do not work well with chat bots? My experience is they have predetermined responses based on key words. I am repelled by them.
When faced with interacting with a company or institution I will go to extreme measures to interact with a human.
What if policy makers, politicians, and high level decision makers in companies are making assumptions that the general population will be satisfied with interactions with bots?
From my experience, humans can handle edge cases and complex cases an AI may not have been tested for.
