Having done extensive property research of this area, it feels a bit high price wise, but not clear just how close it is to town. This area has a large number of properties available so really do you research.
Great comment but not really accurate. The area is big and actually a shortage of good quality villas like this one, More is selling here then coming on and this one is a good example as already sold.

I would love to know the prices of these beautiful properties. I am hoping to buy a Spanish property in the next year or two and I watch these videos to try to gauge what I can afford. It would be great if prices could be included unless there is a legal reason why it can't be said or something. Either way these videos are enjoyable and make me more excited to buy a property over there.

With this one it was only filmed yesterday evening and the full details have not yet been prepared or selling price fixed. As soon as have been will update video description and details.
