Could you create a video on how to set the motors when they’re out of position? Not the cam settings but when the actual motor gets out of position. This can happen if you dissemble the motor or if the column gets jammed.
Once you have removed the jam in the column you can simply close the main door. At this point the S2D control board will automatically HOME the motor back. Or once the jam product has been unstuck. Press the blue service mode button and the press selection button 1 to make the S2D control board HOME the motor back. Here are two videos I have the outlines this process. im having trouble with my 501e, i cant set price, i know how per your video but when i hit the mode button, the display shows " 55-7, when i hit select buttons 1 and 2 at same time it doues go to HD, but will not scroll to sub menus, just stays at hd, ive tried all sequences of buttons to no avail, please HELP , TYVM
Thank you for the videos. Is there always one row of drinks left in the column when the machine shows sold out? I have the dn 501e. That seems to be the case for me. Is there a correction for that?
