Basically the best in slot team for boothill without hmc, but use the new relic set for boothill, I'm actually curious if the new relic set is a dps loss or not for him without even using hmc, and nobody (I think) tried this before after the new relic set change

There's no problem with using all 4* to clear even moc 12. You only need to build your characters diversely and not focus on one team. There's tons of great runs and guides videos.😁
Boothill for ST, FF for Blast. Both are crazy. Hoyo ended up making them perfectly balanced in relation to each other. BH outdoes FF in ST, FF outdoes him in situations with multiple enemies. It depends entirely on what your account needs, if you don't go by the rule of 'who I like more'.
Dude i have a big question . ¿Does the watchmaker 4p 30%more BE stack with another character with the watchmaker set? Its been a pretty big question for me becuase i dont know if i should put it in gallagher or not
i want to know, what is the condition for bthil passive to active? is it only activated if hit enemy on already weakness break? or it also can hit enemy that just weakness breaked?
You see that red eagle-like icon on the enemy after boothill uses his skill in 0:52 if that enemy is weakness broken or killed while that red icon is active boothill gets one stack if you manage to do both actions(break and kill) he gets 2 stacks
Would you recommend 4pc thief for smoother rotations against no physical weakness MoC? I already have more than 300% BE without buffs so I don't really wanna farm again.
@@FD-wl7xq in current condition its 16% break, 10% def shred, and 15% shred for super break. The super break shred wont count for him unless you run him with HMC
@@hanyuee1160 theres some changes to the newest break set in the beta which makes it a bitt less viable for him so people are meming with using whatever else on him. He gets lots of reward for action advance which is why theyre showing him in the eagle set

It would still be the same team and similar stats. Just minus the DDD and Eagle set on Boothill and HMC. The reason why he manage to 0 cycle is because DDD and Eagle set keep moving them forward in the cycle. If you don't have these, as long as you hit the target BE and SPD on your team, you would be able to clear MoCs
for Meidenless casuals(me) run him with Gallagar and HMC, Bronya in last spot if you got her, Pela or silverwofl if you dont. Pela is gonna be on his banner and she can defence shred.

Those don't matter, a break effect character only cares about break effect and speed. But some are hybrids like xueyi and sushang they want crit and break both.@@VNighty9
