@@LOLKIA Indeed a great video, I was surprised and a tad disappointed when you used the foam second time around, it wasn't at all foamy nor did it stay on the car long....? Very thin and runny was falling off the car as soon as it was applied...?
@@josephgrillo2747 It was bowdens own happy ending so it is a snow foam that adds protection. It doesn’t foam all that much because it works different chemically.

Mate, great video. Good to see you took time to explain the why for each step. I have the same car BTW, with ceramic coating. One thing you didn't mention is dividing the car in thirds from top to bottom when hand washing. I use the same mitt for the top two thirds and a separate mitt for the lowest (dirtiest) third. To reduce marring etc. I too find the Bowden's product fantastic for the price.. I am in Aus..

@@LOLKIA that it is mate, I have the red nappa leather as well. So want some gloss black rims. Assume you lowered yours? What springs did you use?
@@CLIKCAAK I wish we got the red leather option in NZ!! I used ARK lowering springs. They are lower on the rear then the front which I dont like. I would recommend the Storm lowering springs!

Great collection of Aussie car care products and how to use them. Man they are low profile tyres on your car. Obviously you don't live in country Victoria . The heavy vehicles and traffic have destroyed the roads. Destroying my WRX. I guess I just keep on trying to care for my vehicles with products like Bowdens. Safe motoring.

hi mate and yes love the video im 73 and i detail cars to keep me going, Bowdens have some great products and are Australian i tend to buy them when they are on special. i was a bit surprised to see you use an ego blower they as they are not Australian.just saying.any way great video also yes do an interior one please as well good job cheers.

So I have the same EGO blower as you but have never thought to remove the long nozzle off it! Will def try it next time. Btw what springs you on? U have RWD Stinger?
Dave H It’s so much easier with the nozzle off. Your arm doesn’t get saw trying to hold it up lol. RWD correct. ARC springs but recommend Storm springs!
Hi what PSI is your Karcher?
I have a k4 Karcher 2100 PSI and it didnt foam up like yours. Really disappointed.
Good video - how have you found Boss Gloss v After Glow? I alternate Fully Slick and Lazy Wax. Wouldn’t wear watch or jewellery detailing such a nice car. Thx
I really like Boss Gloss but I always use After Glow. 100% do not wear jewellery or a watch while detailing!
I’ve brought the foaming cannon also but it can’t attach to the K4 Karcher is there a trick to get it on for the first time
You need to use the Karcher adapter provided in the box
@@LOLKIA Also the old "Karcher' adapter made by Bowdens had overly chunky locking clips so it wouldn't lock into the karcher hose gun on my K3, but they have instructions on how to file it down to size or if you're lazy like me they might still send you one for free.

The second foam was a hydrophobic sacrificial sealant. It’s not supposed to be thick it’s supposed to be watery and you’re only supposed to have it on the vehicle for 10 seconds then waterblast it off and it creates a hydrophobic layer of protection. Two completely different foams with two different purposes 🤙🏼

Can you do the shampoo with the snow foam gun? If no, why? new to detailing TIA
There are different formulas that work and react differently to paint and dwell time. I’d recommend sticking to a pre wash snow foam then a shampoo in a bucket as instructed

I have two cars that haven't had much love and we're moving from rural (dirt roads, large property, cars kept in carport or outside etc) to the suburbs (sealed roads, garage). I want to learn how to wash and care for these two cars a bit before we trade them in on a nice new fun car once we've moved (I was looking at a Kia at one point!). I need to find a video now on how to kick start that process on these poor vehicles!

Turn the car on. Turn the car off. Then hold the wiper indicator up for three seconds. 😁

Mean bro, is that your normal routine how do you find nano wash- afterglow as a 2 step process, i find afterglow durability is pretty good however i don't use the happy ending . Do you use wet dreams for anything else or just wheels.
Also what brand of trolley from burnings is it
Zac Jefcoate Yea that’s my weekly detailing routine. I use after glow after once the car is dry to seal the happy ending in. You need to use happy ending mate! You won’t need to clean it as often and it ads gloss and a layer of protection. I only use wet dreams for the wheels 🤙🏼
Sweet, I guess I will have to buy a good spray gun then, bunnungs have a karcher k4 1800 psi for 199 might get that .so you feel happy endings better sealant than after glow?
Zac Jefcoate The K4 is a good water blaster! Yep 100% happy ending will protect your car better but you can and should still put after glow ontop of it! You will be amazed by the combos results!

I've heard a lot of good things about their products, but I feel the prices they charge for some of of their products is unreasonably high. $100 AUD for 3 buckets with labels? I mean come on, that's a joke right?
Their products are amazing! Some stuff is on the high side but I rate the brand and the results speak for themselves!
