After couple weeks, we decided to return the cooker. You will get perfect rice 👍 but use it to cook porridge doesn’t seems well worth. The cooker doesn’t have good steam venting, full steam coming out when open it, as well there is no place to catch the dripping water. Share your experience…
Oh.I do have the same, then I usually take the leftover rice out, you should not leave rice in the pot ( around 3-4 hrs, it’s really dry) . Now I am using Cuckoo rice cooker, it will dry if I don’t take the rice out for a while.

I like this rice cooker, but when I use the heat preservation function, my rice is very dry, what am I doing wrong?
