gee Heather I'd come up and cook ya a big ole birt hday cake but my tricycle broke;;;has two flat tires and one pedal broke off;;;;so I just wish ya HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY;;;Thought nthat Cecil was gonna overwork ya today but he got a workout;;;when we put up homemade or even factory ordered we put them on the wall upside down and then flipped them up and the last couple or so we stood them up against the gable truss as it was secured with 2x6's;;then we just slid them to proper spot;;;;man o man;;;made my butt pucker there for awhile with all that climbing across them trusses that weren't tacked good enouth to hold a slippin person;;;;glad ya got em up and now for the next episode;;;;again Heather;;;that feller owes you a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY DINNER AND CAKE

Cecil way couldn’t you make both rafters at one time and get them both up where they go you have a little more room up there after they are both up then you could nail them in place
Hello, it is fall here now...and this means strong winds in the evenings. I didn't want to get a bunch of trusses built and leaning against the gable ends..then get called to work on a job off our homestead, I try to finish the day with everything secured..just in case we can't get back to it the next day. You could have built each truss and leaned them against your other trusses and then finished it off,just an idea
