Good topic. I wish you can talk about topical natural solution against alopecia. Is it true that for man who past 40 yo the speed of alopecia is slower? Only one bad point, before claiming the best solution over Norwood 3 is shaving the head, I'd advice to take a look to best hair trasplant doctor in the world. Some of them are able to give the hair back to nw6 and over

the Ingredients from "INTELLIGENT SUPER VOLUMIZING KETOCONAZOLE SHAMPOO" are:
    Ketoconazole
    Black Cumin Seed Oil
    Pumpkin Seed Oil
    Saw Palmetto
    Peppermint Oil

Can you recommend a ideal % of each ingredients from this list? or at least from Caffeine and Peppermint Oil, I going to add to my 2% Ketoconazole shampoo 🙏

    Hello,
This is the first time i've heard from anyone that finasteride has a direct affect on the genitalia skin as opposed to skin elsewhere, which is what causes that loss in libido and sensation. I knew it has potential to lower libido and sensation, but didnt know that was the mechanism of action that caused it. My question is, does the baseline sensation you had before finasteride return to its original level after discontinuing finasteride, or are those receptors essentially "burnt up" or forever damaged and you'll never return to baseline sensation?

More people in the clinical data report an increase in seed drive and sensitivity than this who report negative sexual sides. Sides always disappear in the clinical data.

In another podcast you state that you have 'a couple hundred patients' on topical Dutasteride and have only seen it go systemic to a clinically significant degree in 2 atypical cases at very high doses. In this podcast you state that the degree of systemic absorption 'varies heavily' from person to person. This is contradictory. If 199/200 people all see minimal systemic absorption, how is that 'heavily variable'?
Please do an entire dedicated podcast on topical Dutasteride. It's clearly the topic that is of most interest to people. There continues to be so much confusion about it, you could really clear the air once and for all and own the topical Dutasteride 'space.' Even present some of your patients' results, case studies, etc. It would be a great public service and raise your podcast profile.
