Not using the bathroom without permission made me laugh… but sooo true! Another tip I learned over the years was never wear any tools or accessories (i.e. keys, clip-on knife, tape measure, etc.) as you walk around the home. Something as simple as the rivets on your blue-jeans can scratch a kitchen cabinet if you lean against it, and a key-ring dangling from your belt-loop can leave a nasty scratch on a parked car in the garage.

I would personally never ask the client to turn the TV off. To me that goes against a customers “sacred” home

I love when potential clients share their political views, if they are like minded I charge them normal rates if they have opposing positions I enact the handyman inflation reduction act which is double the normal price for my pain and suffering while onsite.

I bring my own white Reeboks if the customer request clean shoes. and its a Handyman Code to never use a customers bathroom. I bring your own. I hate listening to today's mainstream trash. unless its Gary Null, Gerald Celente, Jimmy Dore or some classic 70's movies.
